If your periods were indeed just a couple of hours and light as compared to every other periods you can be pregnant. It happens with some women that the first couple of months they do have a slight bleeding. Some even get cramps for a while every time around when their periods were to come.
As for the movements it is probably just gas just different from what you know. Take another test cause some test can be defective. Or go to your OBGYN and let him do a blood test.
Hope you get the results you are hoping for.

It is possible that you conceived, the fertilized egg implanted, and then was not viable.
Pregnancy Testing 101:
Conception (fertilization) occurs in the fallopian tube. The fertilized egg then travels to the uterus (3-5 days), where it implants and begins producing HCG (human chorionic gonadotropin), the "pregnancy hormone".
If the fertilized egg or the uterine lining are not viable, the egg may attach for several days, then be "washed out" with your menstrual period. The uterine lining may not be viable because it was not "built" properly or because it's too late in your cycle for attachment; or the egg might not have attached properly.
Some women do have positive pregnancy tests, followed by a menstrual period, then a negative pregnancy test.
As you mention "weird" feelings in your abdomen, as if something is moving in there, and that your period only lasted a couple of hours, you may want to be evaluated for a physician for your own safety, i.e., to rule out an ectopic pregnancy.

Of course! I think a lot of pregnant women will tell you the same thing. Many women are just so nervous or excited they simply test too early. I did that with both of my pregnancies. With my first I tested the day before my period was due. Negative. I tested the next day. Positive. With my current pregnancy I tested 5 days before my period was due and got a negative. I then tested the next day and got a positive.

this could be the start of a pregnancy what you could be experiencing is a plantation bleed, and depending on when your period is originally due as a test cannot give you a positive before 2 weeks from your period date. if your worried go speak to your doctor and ask for a blood test as that is more accurate for pregnancy.. :)

I think its normal..some women bleed during pregnancy..you need to find out for sure at the doctor's and the bleeding might be just a little infection that could be cleared up with some vaginal cream...my ex daughter inlaw bled the first few months off and on during her pregnancy and everything is fine her daughter is almost 11 now and healthy

It's possible you had a very early miscarriage and that would explain the bleeding and the negative test.
Or you could still be pregnant and have very low HcG levels or possibly an impending miscarriage.
Either that or you got a false positive - but that's VERY rare, almost impossible.

Well, it is known that you can be pregnant while on your period. Also When my sister was pregnant, she had her period or she was spotting. Go to your dr. and get a blood test done.

It could have been a chemical pregnancy. I would call your doctor and try to get in soon to have him check your HCG levels or to do a blood test to confirm pregnancy.
