Hi there are many ways to get ways to child birth ...
there are some things to eat that promote natural labor induced naturally .... there are some exercies that help u get dilated before hand so u no need to worry about not getting dilated .... There are som ways to avoid early labor and breathing techniques to let ur baby get habit of breathing those times of pains ....

1.) Walk .. walk .. walk .. start from short walk and get to pro-longed walks as u near ur due date ...

2.) be hydrated and get lots of cool fliuds this keeps u out of most stomach and abdomen pains .

3.) Try Keigel Exercises sitting on the toilet .. this helps u dilate but start from whence u are entered 7th month ..

4.) Get a Pregnancy and Birth exercising ball this helps now to get ur pubic bome stretched so that it gets effaced soon ahen u start to dilate during labor ... and during labor this gives u lot relief if u want to get naturally without any medication used on u ..

5.) eat cheese stuffed jalepenos after 38th week of ur pregnancy this induces labor naturally and u no need to be on pitocin .. eat limited like 2-3 if u want to dilate but not get into labor .. but if u think to get it time like when doc says lets induce and schedules u ... then use as many u can eat ... doc says to induce due to some medical reasons or u are overdue and not showing any sysmptom of dilation ..

6.) Do prenatal yoga ... sit on the ground with ur knees fold so that ur feet touches ur vagina or near to vagina and relaax and take deep breaths ...

7.) To prepare baby for that big day of labor .. try breathing with stomach than chest from now itself .. i mean .. inhale air with nose along stretching ur stomach out and exhale while getting ur stomach back to normal ... doing this makes ur baby familiar with movements during contraction and helps baby tolearn breathing techniques ...

8.) If ur health cooperates with u try having sex even when u are near to due ... sex wont hurt ur baby as baby is safe under unterus, placenta and that water sack ...

Go ahead and prepare for ur natural child birth .... eat yogurt daily it helps u in many ways ..

I hope these helped u and let me know if i can be of any help further ..

Best of Luck

Join a Bradley-method childbirth class. This will not only help you achieve natural childbirth but also let your partner play an active role in your pregnancy and better prepare him for parenthood. Also a must is to talk to mothers who have had natural childbirth. If you constantly hear horror stories about it you'll go into labor in fear which will make your labor more painful and last a lot longer as well. I had 100% natural childbirth with my son 6 months ago and I wouldn't have had it any other way. From start to finish it was 9 hours and I only had to push for 15 minutes! Alot of it is psychological so find some positive people to talk to and it will be better. If you have any questions or just need someone to talk to who's done this before feel free to email me anytime! Congrats and good luck!

Keep your self active try walking everyday. Make a birth plan a list of who you want there what you want bring the drugs you want for pain if any I found a list on line while I was pregnant I'm sure I saved it to my computer I'd be more than happy to look for it for you. As odd as this might sound watch some birthing videos I had watched one in high school, then one day when I was almost eight months pregnant I decided to watch one again. I was mortified it showed the delivery of the placenta (something they left out when I watched the Miracle of Life in 9th grade Bio) I was so grossed out I got sick. However I was glad I finally learned about it so I wasn't in for a shock when I was in my hospital bed. I know you still have awhile before you "pop" but start making a kit with simple things like a tooth brush, bath robe, slippers etc. you might also want to think of someone to get your mail, check on any pets, tidy your house , etc. while your in the hospital. Also you might want to make some freezable meals the week or so before you go in that way you don't have to cook when you get home. If you'd like anymore ideas or comfort feel free to contact me :D GOOD LUCK! and Congrats!

Essential is finding a doctor or midwife who will support you. You don't want someone attending the birth who will shove pain medicine at you the first time you ask for it - and believe me you probably will! (Most mothers do when it gets intense, even though later they say they are glad their coach discouraged the use of drugs and helped them find other ways to cope).

Some people swear by birthing classes, but I took them and everything went out the window when it came to real labor. The truth is, each woman finds her own way to cope. I was cursing both Bradley and Lamaze during labor and totally forgot how to "breathe." I just what I could to get through and listened to my midwife's cues. She was absolutely indispensable. She helped me find the perfect labor position (on a birthing stool) that made my baby dropped into the birth canal and deliver just minutes later.

You can prepare physically by getting into the various labor positions. Do squats. Get on all fours and rock or stretch your back. Sit Indian-style and do stretches to limber up. Walk a lot to increase your endurance. Labor is hard work!

I had my second son without any pain medications and it is the worst pain ever. You just need to keep encouraging yourself not to do it, I stayed at home as long as i could and when i got to the hospital i was 9 cm and it was too late . Try doing that it helped because if you go to the doctor right away you will feel like since it is so easy to get you just might do it.

Take breathing classes!!! They are helping me with my natural birth. Im 36 weeks and the best way to stay natural is to breathe through the pain!! Do your Kegal excersizes to that will strengthen your muscles for giving birth.

First of all, congratulations on choosing to have a natural birth. I did so with my first two, and plan to do that with my twins. Just remember to exercise daily and eat healthily. It may be painful, but just remember your baby benefits from this.

you should be able to differentiate your safe period from your ovulation period, so that you will avoid having sex during the ovulation which is your fertile period.
