I'm not going to be an idiot and say "the pullot method". Go see your ObGyn!!! Just don't have unprotected sex, whatever you do. Some guys will sleep with anything that moves and if they talk you into sleeping with them, without a condom, then you're taking a HUGE risk!! And that's for LIFE, HIV and AIDS is not something that you can take an antibiotic for and clear up in a couple of weeks. Just BE CAREFUL, and SMART!! After all, YOU'RE the one who's gonna have to deal with the consequences like disease, pregnancy, etc. You'll be lucky if "he" doesn't vanish in to thin air after something like that happens.

People will say pulling out or the rhythm method are the most ineffective methods and they technically are in terms of the number of people who get pregnant while using those methods. However, the main reason they fail are because men DON'T pull out before ejaculating when they should and, in the case of the rhythm method, people have unprotected intercourse at a time in the woman's cycle when they know they shouldn't. It's human error.

To say "using nothing at all" is the most ineffective method is not accurate because you're NOT even using a method. You're basically leaving everything up to chance.
Statistically, among the methods out there, it's a toss-up between contraceptive foam/jelly and the withdrawal method. Both are about 75-80% effective.

The rhythm method. Catholics use this as a form of birth control. The rhythm method is when you have sex regularly, but you stop having sex when a woman is ovulating which last about 3 days. Predicting when a woman is ovulating is risky because it could be anytime of the month.
