Im 20 weeks pregnant and just had an ultrasound. she said she was positive I was having a girl. she carried on looking at other stuff and when I asked her what percentage she thought it was a girl she said 80%.
The doctor came in and said everything looked great and normal (which is obviously my priority) and she said it looked like a girl too.
She asked me to come back in 3 weeks though because she didnt think the baby was in the best position to check everything, even though everything look fine. So maybe the tech could have been wrong? But if they arent really sure, surely they dont say what they think it is?

I think I'm pregnant and if I am I would be no less then 4 1/2 weeks... is it too early to take a hpt?? I took one about a week ago and it was negative. Could it have been to early to tell? And which brand of test do you recommend?

I took a hpt with my first mornin p thursday and it was positive. Then on Friday afternoon I took one from the clinic after drinking an energy drink. This one came back neg. An hour and a half later I took one at the doctor's office after a 24 oz moutain dew. This one also came back neg.
Could I have diluted my urine too much for it to not show up? Especially since I wouldn't be that far along.

My friend had a miscarriage 4 weeks ago and now she she hasnt got her period and it was due two days ago and she did a preg test and it is positive! Is it even possible to get pregnant after have a miscarriage and are there any problems that can happen this soon after a miscarriage?

I was supossed to have an ultrasound at the doctor, and I needed to drink plenty of water to fill my bladder. Someone there told me I need to drink 32 ounces, but that seem crazy. I looked online and it said 16 is definitely enough, but give it at least 1.5 hours to make its way through your body to the bladder. Is 16 enough? Anyone had this done before?

I am 39 weeks pregnant, and experiencing mild cramping in my lower abdomen, almost pressure-like. I am also getting these weird sharp pains that feel like they are up inside my crotch. Does anyone know if this is normal, or what this is? If it helps 3 weeks ago, I was already 2 cm dilated.

Well, i'm worried that me throwing up more than keeping food down is dangerous.. I mean i can eat certain food sometimes, and other times i can't. I need to know something to ease this morning sickness, cause it seems that my child isn't getting any nutrtion. Any help on this would be great!

Ever since this morning I've gone #2 four times. The last time I used the bathroom it was BLACK! I'm 33 weeks pregnant, & I can't find anything to explain it in any of my pregnancy books. I also called my doctor but I didn't get an answer so I left a message. I'm really worried about the health of my baby. I heard about having black stools before & it wasn't good or normal. I'm half -tempted to just go to the emergency room, but I don't want them to look at me like I'm stupid if its somethin small & simple. Please Help Me Out!!
