I am 13 1/2 weeks pregnant. When I get up to pee at night for the first time, I have cramps.?

It is only at night and only the first time I get up to pee. Subsequent times I am fine. It doesn't burn like a bladder infection. Any Idea what might be going on?

I'm the same way at 20 1/2 weeks. But afterwards they go away. I think it's just your bladder pushing on the uterus.
