it all depends on what you did before you got pregnant. my docter always told my that it won't hurt me to continue normal exercise of course with limited lifting. ask your doctor and trust your own judgement you will know when you have done too much believe me i have 3 kids

Prenatal yoga is wonderful. Also, walking is a great low impact exercise. Be sure you check with your doctor before you start to do any type of workout during pregnancy. Good luck!

Walking, jogging, swimming, stationary cycling, and aqua natal workouts are all considered good, safe exercise during pregnancy, as long as you don't overdo it. Yoga and Pilate's are good, as long as you find a registered practitioner who is experienced in dealing with pregnant women.

According to my OB, swimming is the best exercise during pregnancy because it is low impact.

you can try using a treadmill and putting it on the lowest setting so you wont overwork your self or just simply jog around the block if you want walk and take a buddy with you.
