I am 39 weeks pregnant, and experiencing mild cramping in my lower abdomen, almost pressure-like. I am also getting these weird sharp pains that feel like they are up inside my crotch. Does anyone know if this is normal, or what this is? If it helps 3 weeks ago, I was already 2 cm dilated.

It's normal. I used to get them late in pregnancy. It's pressure on your nerves around your cervix.

i juat had mt baby 3 weeks ago and i had the same thing its just your cervix thining out !! good luck it wont be much longer
