Pregnancy - March 2007

Well im not sure where this should go but im going to put it here..if it's the wrong place then sorry.

Ok so im 17 & pregnant & due on May 15th & ill be 18 on june 12th so I don't think it's all that bad. I was wondering if any other teen moms ever went or are going through this. On monday my dad came to me & my boyfriend & said hes eligible to make us get married. He doesn't want to pay the doctor bills & he made a big deal out of me going to the hospital when I fell on Sunday. Has any other teen mom gone through this? Of having your father not want responsibilty of you anymore & made you get married so he didn't get stuck paying doctor bills?? And I also wanted to know if he can make us get married, we live in the state of PA, does anyone else know whether or not he can?? I'd like to talk to anyone who went through this or is going through this. Sorry if it's confusing..if you need more info let me know, Thanks!

what happens to a baby if it dies in the mother womb? My friend had twins and one of them died and the other didnt. I heard that they just leave the baby inside? But what happens to it.?Does it disinigrate in the mother or what? Thanks for answering .

i live in michigan and my income is too much (about $3000 a month) to apply for help from the state. i have only been at my job 3 months and my boss will not cover me for another 3 months. he also said he will not cover my wife. (i'm not sure if thats normal either?) if i try to purchase health insurance will they try not to cover the delivery and prenatal care? is this like trying to put insurance on you car 10 min after you get into an accident? i dont know what to do!

In the first trimester I craved all veggies and things that were good for me. Now that Im in my 2nd trimester i cant get enough sugar! chocolate, cookies, candy, pie, anything and everything sweet! unfortunately I havent been good in turning these things down and Ive been eating alot of it. I do take my prenatals every day. Im just wondering if my prenatals are giving my baby everything it needs? How can I cut down on these cravings or is there anything I can substitute for this sweet tooth. Did you have this problem?

it was negative on the 5th of march it was supposidly an early detection hpt aswell i didnt use fmu.
i think i have around a 30 day cycle(would that make me late) if i test now could i get a positive result if pregnant.
i feel like my period is going to start but nothing ive felt like this for days any advice thanks

i have had a cold sore for about 9 days now and it is gone but my lip still has a little scar where it was, i was wondering if it is still contagious? for example i had a shower and forgot about it, wiped my face on the towel, then stood on the towel to dry my feet and put on my underwear... could this pass the cold sore to my genital area?? just concerned because i am pregnant...

My period this month came on March 6 when it was supposed to be on Feb 26 I took a test on the 5th of march and it was negative. i feel kinda sick and faint and really tired lately. today my boyfriend and i had sex and there was a little bit of blood. now i am not on my period or should i be in a couple of weeks because i just got off my period last week. am i sick with some kind of std or something or could it be a pregnancy tht the test did not catch. would i still even get my period though if it was pregnacny? help!

just wanting advice from people who have been there no i am not asking if i am pregnant as i no the obviouse take a hpt or go to the doc right if your going to redicule dont read thanks.
my last period started around the 9th of feb i had unprotected sex on the 17 th of feb and sex without protection but my husband didnt do the deed on the 20th of feb.
sometime around 2 weeks ago i was experiencing nausea tender breasts fatigue cramping you name it i had it well this went on for over a week.
now i have the odd symptom but nothing like a couple of weeks ago i have noticed alot of cervical mucus the last couple of days though is this normal befor your period starts ive never noticed befor????.could it be a pregnancy sign
judging by my dates my period is late i think and i no i can test but yeah wanting advice and opinions.
i did take a hpt last monday the 5th of march maybe that was to early?it was negative.
any advice would be great thanks

I am just over 40 weeks pregnant, and 3 cm dilated 50% effaced. I am going in tomorrow to be induced. They said they are going to break my water to try and start labour, and if that doesnt work, try oxitocin. Does anyone know how well breaking the waters works, (and if its painful), because I really dont want oxitocin if I dont need too? Also, does oxitocin hurt really bad?

He told me to come back in two weeks and we would do some blood work. I am not bleeding are having any signs that the baby is in distress. Why couldn't he find the heartbeat?

Im waiting on a miscarriage to happen. My doc said it will happen sometime next week. Im 9 weeks pregnant almost 10. Im scared to death. Im just wondering how it will happen and what to expect. Its driving me nuts just waiting and not knowing whats going to happen and weather or not its going to happen while im sleeping or while im out somewhere. I have no clue. also how bad is the pain? I just got back from the Doctors who decided to not take a blood test but instead to use a doppler to see if they could hear the heart beat. The heart beat they heard was 160 beats per minute. She said judging by my last period I would be 19 weeks along, what I don't understand is why I had a negative pregnancy test at the doctors last month and now I'm supposedly 19 weeks along??? Wouldn't I have noticed????

is it normal to feel hungry even after you eat, heartburn, bloated, my nipples are sore for the first time ever but not that bad and gas that wont go away or is this just pms i was suposed to start a day ago but i think i'm pregnant because alot of these symptoms are new to me or they are stronger than before either way it dosent really feel like i'm going to start my period because I don't feel a single cramp except if its gas....i'm just confussed and I want some help my husband dosent get paid for a week so i'm not going to take a test till then so help please....
