sometimes our cyles tend to change, meaning that it may not come on the usual day. Or this delay could be from stress. at this time if you are really feeling that pregnancy may be the cause get a test to be sure. the first test may have been taking to early and you also mentioned if an std was an option. some women do spot during pregnancy or maybe you and your boyfriend were getting a little rough again the best way to clear this up is to see a doctor and express your concerns about that as well. and don't be ashamed it's better to know what's going on with you. And finally if you are not looking forward to having a child or an std (if you feel shaky about his fidelity) try to use protection. I hate to sound like an after school special but it would make it easier for you in the long run.

How long did your period last? Was it light or normal? These are questions that a doctor would ask you. Your period wasn't that late, and since you had one, I would say you are probably safe, but if you feel you need to, get another test. If you are, it would show now. If not, it could be an STD. If that's the case, you need to see a doctor to get it treated NOW!!!! If left untreated, they can cause serious problems later. You could be making yourself feel the way you do by thinking you are pregnant when you aren't. SO get another test, see what it says. If anything, it will put your mind at ease.

Take another test, and do it with the very first morning wee. If still neg, go see your doc, make sure it's not STD.
