what sort of exercises could i do i am nearly 18weeks pregnant and lack in energy just now but need 2 start soon i know there is swimming but can u start that at anytime?

this is truly a question you need to ask your ob because there are many different factors to set up a program just for you things like your current activity level, health history, and how your pregnancy is going ....be safe.

I know many pregnant women who go swimming, or just walkiing around the water- to them it's really relaxingm and is known as a good exercise in pregnancy. Ask ur dr what other exercise you can do, usually u can continue most of the same exercises until a certain week. Walking seems to be the whole way thru, but be careful towards the end.

i think doing some squats or going up the stairs is a good form of light exercise. I think for swimming you can start anytime.

u can swim anytime. u can also walk, but wen its cool, dont overheat your body.u can also cycle on stationary cycle which is the best as pregnancy proceeds.dont force yourself, stop when u tired. drink plenty water.never exercise when u are drained of energy

yes you can go swimming it actually helps you relax alot! But it depends on your pregnancy though you should just talk to your doctor so she can tell you what is good for you!
