Last time I had sex was almost 3 weeks ago. I'm NOT on birth control. He did use a condom. I'm really late now. I took a home pregnancy test last week and it came out negative, but i still havent got my period, could i be pregnant?

I am only 24 weeks along. I know they can do non-stress tests at around 28 weeks but they don't do them before because the baby doesn't meet protocal before then. So my question is... how do they make sure your baby is OK before then? I haven't felt her move for a few days so I was just wondering what tests they can do to make sure she is safe, healthy, and still getting what she needs. If you know anything please enlighten me. Thanks

My husband thinks we should have a c-section... but that scares me because of all the infection, infertility, bleeding, not mention the actual surgery.... do you happen to know if Florida Medicaid for Pregnant Women will cover the C-section if i want it JUST because of this study?

I am 10 weeks pregnant. Except for two ear infections, which are unrelated, I have only thrown up three times. I know I should be lucky, but does anyone else not feel pregnant? I mean, I can understand why people don't think they are pregnant. Except for a missed period, and seeing a synogram, I would never know! Any ideas maybe one sex more then the other?

Ok I am 34 wks pregnant with my 2nd child. I have a boy and this is a girl. I got pregnant both times while on the pill. I tried many different kinds and none worked. I was allergic to the patch, and dont want the shot. I am down to either IUD or tubes tied. I always wanted 2 kids, and if I had another it wouldnt be for like another7 to 10 yrs. I dont know which to do. If I get my tubes tied, but not clipped and burned(can you do that) will they be able to be reversed if I want?

My fiance is now 6 1/2 months pregnant. I recently went on a 2 1/2 week business trip to Japan. She was starting to show when I left, but when i rturned i was shocked at how much weight she had put on. her boobs have tripled in size and her belly has ballooned out with her belly button popping out like a turkey timer. I know that is normal, but it seemed like she swelled up very quickly. I am not saying this to be mean. I love this girl more than life , and find her unbelievably attractive when she is pregnant. But my question is , Is a rapid weight gain normal??

Yes I know it's advisable to do it before you start showing and people tend to wait till the first trimester is over before making an announcement. The problem is I sit in front of my boss and suffer from morning sickness......

I will be 24 weeks tomorrow and last night I noticed a sharp pain..not that bad just uncomfortable, about 4-5 inches below my belly button. I know baby is OK because I have felt him kick this morning.
Is it possible the pain is from him kicking the same spot over and over, has anyone else experienced this??

My whole life I have wanted my mother to be in the delivery room when I had my baby and now that I am pregnant my husband has basically said he wanted it to be just me and him, he banned people from all the ultra sounds and argues with me when I tell him I would like my mother there. He finally told me if my mother was there then he wouldn't be. He knows I wouldn't let that happen. Is he being selfish or am I, and has anyone else had to deal with this?

earlier in my pregnancy I was having BH contractions and it felt like a muscle tightening and it kind of hurt but it wasn't too painful. I stopped having them for a long time but now recently I have been getting what I think are contractions but I don't know because they don't feel the same. I can't really feel anything other than a weird tingly feeling and my tummy is getting really hard. Is that a contraction? I'm due on the 19th.

I am pregnant with my second child, and have a different OB than I did with my first. This doctor doesnt seem to do nearly as many things or ask similar questions as my old OB did. He also seems to busy to even see me, at most I see him for 5 min every visit, no matter the question I have. I am 35 weeks pregnant, what should my doc be doing? What does YOUR doctor do at your visits? I have read the books on what they are supposed to do, but your opinion would be helpful.

I am almost 31 weeks and I'm tired of being pregnant. I want my baby to be here with me now! I'm anxious to see her and hold her and be a mommy! For the past 3-4weeks tho I'm achy down there all the time it's hard to get up and down from a chair and she's starting to get very heavy on my bladder. The frequent peeing all day and especially at nite is annoying too. I feel bad for thinking this way because I know its still too early for her to be born but I hope the next 8 weeks go as fast as the last 7 months have. Does any1 else feel this way ?
