It is possible that sperm can fertilize an egg, so if all the sperm is contained within the condom and none is present outside of it, then fertilization cannot occur.
That being said, accidents happen- the condom could be punctured or slip off, or sperm could be present on the outside through touching from the hands or mouth, if oral sex was practiced during foreplay. In other words, there are a lot of ways that a sperm could potentially enter the vagina and succesfully find its way to the egg.
But the fact remains that if the condom is clean, is not compromised through touching, and remains in position throughout copulation, it is impossible for the sperm to reach the egg.
As the old saying goes, "there's many a slip twixt a cup and a lip"

Condoms are not foolproof. Sometimes you have women who want babies enough to poke small holes in them (though not the majority), They could be put on wrong, they could be expired, they could break, and sometimes even when everything was done right babies are made. The truth is only one things prevents babies without a failure rate. I'm sure it's not something you want to hear, but it's the downright truth, and that is abstinence. Otherwise make sure you check the condom when you take it out of the package and always make sure the condom doesn't have a defect in it. And of course a hysterectomy

Yes it is possible. Not all condoms are safe enough and birth control is not even 100% acc. But sometimes the condom can break, tear, have a hole in it. Some guys would put on two condoms so they can be safe but those are not full proof.

"Estimated pregnancy rates during perfect use of condoms, that is for those who report using the method exactly as it should be used (correctly) and at every act of intercourse (consistently), is 3 percent at 12 months". Most of the time when women get pregnant while the man wears a condom is from not using the condom correctly.

Possibly, although why on earth you'd want to produce a baby that has a condom on I don't know.

It is possible to produce a baby using ALL methods of birth control...only two things will stop a pregnancy from possibly occuring...Not having sex, and having sex only with a woman who has had a hysterectomy.

Absolutely. The failure rate for condoms is 10-20%. Russian Roulette, my friend, and you'll eventually hear the shot.

If you must have sex, please use 2 or more forms of barrier birth control. Example, have your partner use the Today Sponge while you also wear a condom that has a spermicide.
