Just reverse the process of calculating your due date to find out when you got pregnant: Subtract 40 weeks (9 months) from your due date, which would be August 1st. Then subtract 8 days from that, which would make your approximate conception date July 24th.
Some who calculate conception dates only go back 9 months, which would then be August 1st.
It is often recommended, when calculating a due date to start from the 1st day of your last normal period, count forward 9 months and add 8 days. So, that same process would be used to determine your conception date.
Hope this helps!

Hello i have had four children and the way i worked it out was from the last day of your period you add 7 days then subtract 3 months. In your case i would say your lst period was around 24 June 2006 then + 7 days = 01July then take away three months would give you the 01 April 2007. So therefore you would have fallen pregnant around two weeks after 24 June 2006. Hope this was helpful. Working out my dates i always used the +7 days -3 months rule

Around the 9th of July, 2006.
Pregnancy is actually 38 weeks long.
To make things simpler, they count 40 weeks from the last period, which is about 2 weeks before conception.

Ask your doctor for sure. I think they calculate the weeks from your last period, not from the day of conception, but I am not sure.
Also, if you remember when your period was due when you became pregnant (when the first period you missed was due), probably you got pregnant 2 weeks before that.
