Although some women will experience implantation bleeding about the time of their period, it is usually lighter and/or shorter than their normal period. Some women have a small amount of vaginal bleeding around 11 or 12 days after conception (close to the time you might notice a missed period). The bleeding may be caused by the fertilized egg burrowing into the blood-rich lining of your uterus — a process that starts just six days after fertilization — but no one knows for sure.
The bleeding is very light (appearing as red spotting or pink or reddish-brown staining) and lasts only a day or two. (Let your practitioner know if you notice any bleeding or spotting, particularly if it's accompanied by pain. A menstrual cycle that is different in some way than your typical, normal period. This many mean that your period last longer or is shorter. It may be a difference in the amount of flow. Any of these variances may indicate that you are pregnant. Take a home test.

Yes, have you done a test, if you are passed your due period date and have had some pink discharge this could be implantation spotting and you could be pregnant. Do a test, if it's still negative and your period doesn't show up wait 3 days and do another. Alternatively go to see your GP just in case it's something else!
Good luck x

Yes, some women continue to have a bleed when their periods should have been due for the first three months of pregnancy, although I havent bled when Im due on I do get all the usual cramping and back-ache and im pregnant....im told this is quite normal. If I was you id wait a few days (even though the suspence damn near kills you) and do a test. goodluck and hope you get what you want x

Honestly some woman experience this and others don't but the best thing for you to do is take a test to see if you are positive and also double check with the doctor because not all the time those test work.

Vaginal bleeding can occur frequently in the first trimester of pregnancy and may not be a sign of problems. But bleeding that occurs in the second and third trimester of pregnancy can often be a sign of a possible complication. Bleeding can be caused by a number of reasons.
First trimester bleeding is any vaginal bleeding during the first 3 months of pregnancy. Vaginal bleeding may vary from light spotting to severe bleeding with clots. Vaginal bleeding is a common problem in early pregnancy, complicating 20-30% of all pregnancies.

You most likely are. If you have a pink discharge and your period is not with the schedule you probably should take a test. If you are pregnant, congratulations!
