Some women are trying to conceive either a boy or a girl so they ask a lot of times what type of sex positions or thing are used to conceive a baby boy, or what can you do to conceive a baby girl but has any woman reading this ever use the chinese Lunar calender /chinese birth chart to determine whether the baby they had or is having will be either a boy or girl depending on mothers age and the month she conceive? If so, was the sex of your baby the same as predicted on the chinese lunar calender/chinese birth chart ?

i was yesterday told that after thinking i was 11 weeks pregnant that the embryo stopped growing (at 9mm) and there was no visable heatbeat.the doctor has given me possible options ( a D and C, to take a pill or to just sit and wait). it is all very upsetting but i just wanted to know what was best as they would not really offer a great deal of advice. also i have suffered with the most awful diahorreah for the last 24 hours which i have been told could be a sign that the body is started to expell everything itself. can anyone confirm this is true.

Ive taken 3 home pregnancy tests, i tihnk im around 6-8weeks pregnant. Im17 years old, i went to the doctor today and he did a test and it came back positive, then sent me to get blood taken and make an ultrasound appointment, i had the blood taken today, and made the appointment.
I just got home and im bleeding- there's small blood clots, its too late to go back to the doctor now, does this sound like im having a miscarage?
Please help.

If I am a healthy person, with no family history of complications, why is it so important to see a doctor during pregnancy. I don't want ultrasounds and fingers up me. I have read a lot about pregnancy's vitamins, complications, and things like that. Couldn't I just have a natural pregnancy and go with out a doc, until I deliver?

I mean, I heard on the radio that slaves only 300 years ago had to do as their masters' wished. Even to be killed at discretion because the laws were that slaves were a part of that person, part of the property.

Now, mothers almost unwittingly kill people because the embryos are the mother's property? It sounds like the same type of thing to me, if a child is inside me, I should a) hurry up and kill it, or b) let nature take its course and care for him/her. Are your children your property?

My husband and I have been trying to conceive for about 3 months now. We had sex everyday during ovulation, so it is possible that i'm pregnant. I cant take the test for another week though. I dont feel pregnant at all. I have absolutely NO symptoms. Do you always feel pregnant or have some type of symptom during the first couple of weeks?

ok during my 1st trimester i gained a reasonalbe amount of weight and was hungrier which is what they say usauly you puking so you lose weight in the 1st trimester. i just started my 2nd trimester and suposedly your apptetite is suposed to INCREASE well for some reason mine has gone down a lot and i realyl dont want to eat. is this ok? should i force myself to eat anyway? i mean i do eat some i just dont eat a lot.

I am making a doctor appointment tomorrow but in the mean time I would like opinions on this. The last two days I have noticed that my female parts on swollen and discolored. and the actual opening seems like it is bigger, like drastically bigger. The area around my nipples is also drastically bigger, and there is a darker ring around the actual nipple. I took two hpt's one the other day and one today and I got a negative. I don't know what is wrong but I am worried. I t has been 33 days since my last period, but the period before was light and not a normal period for me but I still counted it as a period. Hi I have a question.
I just moved to the states from Germany, I had both of my daughters in Germany Via c-section.

They got my first daughter because her heart rate went down. And my second daughter because I let my GYN talk me into it ;o(( I wish I would have never let him do that!!!

My 1st daughter is 3 and the lil one is 10 mos old. My hubby and I really, really want another baby later on. But I am SOOO scared of being pregnant again because of the c-section that it's crazy.
It was a horrible expirience for me that it still gives me nightmares.
And I never got over my c-sections. Thats why I never ever wanna have one again (if I'd had the choice)

Are there any woman that had a VBAC 2 (VBAC after 2 c-sections?)

Or is there a midwife that can give me answers.

I'm 22 weeks pregnant with my second son btw. I don't remember getting it with last one. It's like someone has splodged me with the tip of a paint brush in red. Weird. Any ideas? It's just come up in the last few days. Seems to be fading though. I'm guessing there would be about 20 dots.

I had a baby 2 months ago, breastfed for one month, and have yet to start my period(other than the heavy flow after birth)
I had a condom slip off and am terrified.
Since my hormones are off would a pregnacy test even be accurate? and I know that i "could" be preggo again arent the chances really low?

I've been having round ligament pain since about 16 weeks. They got worse for awhile but lately have started to get better (I've been told it's because my uterus is resting more on my pelvis lately and not being pulled as much.) Regularly I do something at night to cause them to flair up again, but it usually only lasts a couple minutes. Last night I flipped and was in horrible pain. What was odd was that I was still in pain in the morning, I've never had it last into the morning before. I could barely walk today and am still in as much pain as I was this morning. I've rested and it's still not going away. I consulted with a nurse today and she told me to talk to my doctor tomorrow and that I shouldn't worry about it being pre-term labor. I have an appointment tomorrow with my doctor so I'm going to bring it up then. Has this happened to anyone else? Is this maybe a torn ligament? This is very painful!!!

Have other people had dizzy spells where sweat beads on your face and whole body gets hot and flushed. M vision has also been affected - words are wavy on the page and the room is moving when I am not. I did not have this with first pregnancy....does it pass quickly?
