your blood pressure might have gone up, this shouldn't be ignored. Make an appointment to see your OB/GYN as soon as you can. Explain to the receptionist your symptoms they may want you to come in right away. I had the same thing happen to me with my second child, it was pre-eclampsia. My daughter was born at 29 weeks. I ignored the symptoms for a few weeks before I was sent to the ER. Both of us were almost lost. Don't take any chances.

Yes, my vision changed in my pregnancies. I would get blurred vision and dizzy spells. Migraines? I get those anyways, only recently diagnosed though, but I have always gotten horrible headaches with my pregnancies.

Hi pregagain!!!
If your are pregnant eve though this are some how normal signs, due to the pregnancy, you should always check with your doctor!!!
Is better to be sure that it is NOT something else more serious. I would NOT recommend for you to be YAHOO diagnosed
as this could be extremely dangerous for baby and for you!!
Always consult with your doctor!!! This spells could be so many different things, in so many different people. One should NOT be following anyone footsteps when a pregnancy is in order.
Be responsible, so you have a healthy pregnancy and a healthy baby!!!
GOD BLESS, BABY & YOU!!! BE CAREFUL

Dizziness could be a sign of gestational hypertension or pre-eclampsia. Blurry vision could be a sign of gestational diabetes. All three are major complications of pregnancy.
Get yourself to a doctor, or maybe even an emergency room, ASAP. Do not wait.

You could have high blood pressure associated with pregnancy. Sounds like you better tell your OB. This may be a sign of preeclampsia, so you might want to call tomorrow. Check out these web sites for more details (if it's not blurry that is :) http://www.preventblindness.org/vlc/pregnancy.html

I had dizzy spells like crazy. I would try to go to sleep and it felt as if I was drunk. The room was spinning I hated it. It went away after a week.

Diabetes is usually treated through a combination of diet (low sugar), exercise and medications/insulin. Read here https://tr.im/DNhh9
Milder cases can be controlled with just diet an/or exercise while more severe cases require meds or insulin as well.
