i had a misscarraige today but my hcg level are still 500 can i still be pregnant?

Will walking up and down a flight of stairs, hot showers, spicey food, and using a breast pump help bring on early labor? How effective is each of these methods? I am not looking to go into labor tonight...or really anytime...until Christmas day...
My doctor's appointment today I was 2 cm dialated...and I am 37 weeks 2 days along... sonogram says my baby is very healthy and gowing great...My next doctor's appointment is the 28th... My doctor kind of said it might be pointless to make another appointment...but just in case I don't give birth within the week...she went ahead and made my appt for the 28th...

me and hubby are sexually active. im 22 yrs old. im 2 months late on my period. instead of my period i had brown spotting off and on for a week. my breasts have been achy for the past week. the day before yesterday my right abdominal area was cramping for 20 mins and it went away and then yesterday my left abdominal was cramping and then it went away. i got a NEG for my pap smear and thyroid. had a blood preg test over a week ago and it was NEG. i was checked by a doctor and all she said was that my uterus was enlarged, so she ordered me a ultrasound. im also breaking out in acne and i normally dont have any at all any ideas what could be up?

Stupid question, but I've noticed that some maternity clothes make me look pregnant, while others make me look like a blob. Has anyone else had this experience or is it just me? Maybe I'm just too excited to really start showing....

hey everyone...

it came out negative and i did it first thing when i woke up this morning.

i am over 10 days late. i thought i was pregnant 2 months ago but then i thought i had the answer when i started to bleed but it only lasted for 2 days (usually 5 min) and now the time has come in the next month and i am way over 10 days late.
does this mean that i am not pregnant?
should i wait couple more weeks?

p.s. if i am pregnant it's a good thing so i am not going to get rid of him/her. my partner and i will be so excited!

I have a pretty irregular cycle. I'd say i start every 40 days. So when would my ovulation occur? Does anybody know? I have read for woman that have cycles like myself, ovulate later than "normal" woman? Is this true?

I am 5 days late, sore nipples, keep getting pain underneath my bellybutton to the right. feel like i am going to start any minute, iam really tired, even with a really good night sleep, iam feel really sick at night times.
