I am 16 weeks pregnant and have been having issues with dizziness and tingling in my limbs. Is anyone else experiencing either of these?

One of my first pregnancy symptoms is dizziness,especially when changing from a sleeping position to standing or standing to sitting! I do not have the tingling sensation however it sounds related.It is due to a sudden change in blood pressure. Try getting up slowly,and whenever you feel you need rest do so.I hope u feel better soon-and know U ARE NOT ALONE LOL,but in the end it is all worth it!!!!!!!!!!!! just run it across your doctor to be on the safe side,he may be able to offer more advice!congrats and best wishes

It sounds like it was just a minor accident, but I think your mother needs to see a doctor to rule out a heart attack or other problem. I know about stubborn old parents. Sometimes you just have to take matters in your own hands and over rule their objections. Do it in the name of love.

It could be a number of different things from your blood sugar levels being out of whack to high blood pressure...I would sugguest you mention it to your doc when you go for your next check up...or sooner if you are concerned...

you need to rest more and eat more eat 5-6 smalls meals instead of 3 big ones
