Pregnancy - December 2006

I am 21 weeks pregnant and everyday I get really really bad bloating. I take tums, but I want to know if there is anything I could do to totally prevent the bloating from coming. It just gets so painful where I can barely move till it goes away. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there any way to prevent it too?

I had an ultrasound done at 22 weeks and 6 days pregnant. They said everything on my baby measured as it should, he weighed 1 pound from what they could tell and everything looked great. Well i showed the ultrasound pics to some family and one person said his head looked big.....i don't know what it is suppose to look like, but if his head measured to big isnt this something the Dr who reviewed would have noticed??? Should i worry? Do babies heads look large in comparison to the rest of their bodies at this stage?? This is my first biological child, so i guess i am a bit nervous. Any help i can get would be great. Thanks

I AM MARRIED AND HAVE A DAUGHTER,ME AND MY HUSBAND WANT ANOTHER CHILD. My first day of my last period was oct-20. I have had unprotected sex all this month.i was suppose to get my period nov 5,but i didn't.i took three pregnacy test and they came out negative. could i still be pregnant ,or is there something wrong with me???? (i am in school and i am now in finals and people say that stress can prevent pregnacy. is this true?)

I have done the research on the internet and realize that I can only really rely on home preg. tests four days before my period is due. I had unprotected sex on Dec.2 and now, one week later, I am feeling LOTS of body changes. Symptoms include: breast tenderness (not a typical PMS sign for me), nauseau, and achyness (especially back ache), also fatigue. Is it possible that I am pregnant and all ready showing symptoms? I hadn't kept close watch on my periods but I believe my last period started somewhere around Nov.14-16. So, it should be due next Thurs-Fri. But I'm dying to know-COULD these be early signs of pregnancy or just some other issue??

I have gestational diabetes and just started testing with the finger pricks today.Do I need to test 2 hours after I start eating or 2 hours after I finish eating?I forgot to ask the nurse and now the office is closed for the weekend.Please only answer if you have had it and really know-Thanks!

our baby now is on the 9th month, our doctor said that after the 20th of this month the baby will be born anytime after that. we still have to undergo one more ultra sound on the 14th to see if the baby is still in breech position and after that we will go from there. we really dont want a c section done. please help.

My longest labor with my first baby was 9 hours, with my second child 5 hours, with my third child about 5 hours still. I am always curious to hear the miracles of childbirth. I've heard some women have actually been in labor for 23 hours or for two days...Wow!

twenty years old and pregnant. Live with my boyfriend. I don't depend on my mom or his mom we just depend on each other. I am almost 39 weeks. I lost my mucus plug 3 days ago. I was laying in the recliner and the baby moved and it felt like I had to pee. But I held it in and went to use the restroom. Are you able to hold fluid in like urine? Was it just the baby hitting me in the bladder? How will I know if I am leaking fluid?

my last period was on 28th nov and didnt go the whole way through and now i am going to the toilet every 10-30 mins and iam feeling yuck and i am usually a heavy smoker like up to 10 a day and now i am only having up to 4 a day as it makes me feel sick when i smoke and can not handle a whole smoke anymore, could i be pregnant??
