We just got back from there, and it was a 13 hour flight, non-stop, from Narita airport, to Sea-Tac. :)

i does not carry your breath. As others have reported, MLB is basically not increasing any time quickly, so the main important wish for Portland getting an MLB team is that if one comes to a decision to relocate. between the Florida communities might do this sometime interior the destiny, yet thats going to matter on even though if or not followers start to finally take place as quickly as they have the two shown super promise this season (Marlins followers, partly because of hearth sales via the possession, have already shown that they gained't take place after a brilliant season). the main important subject there is which you have new stadiums going up for them. regrettably, i think of a city like San Antonio may well be greater interior the working than Portland for a MLB team. they have an more suitable inhabitants and does not take as many Rangers or Astros followers away as Portland might from Seattle. Assuming it would take a team moving for Portland to get a team, history isn't on your component my chum. traditionally (with few exceptions), communities that are moving will do which will the south. the different mitigating ingredient - the main important ingredient - may well be finding an proprietor or possession team that could desire to choose directly to place a team in Portland. As a Portland resident, you're able to understand extra suitable than I do if there is somebody keen to do this.

It depends on the flight. We live in Japan (8 years now) and have traveled back forth numerous times. It is usually shorter flying to Japan from the states than it is flying from Japan to the states. I've never been on a flight between Japan and the US that was more than 10 hours. In fact, when we've flown to Seattle we've done it in 8.5.

Between 10.5 - 17.5 hours. Could be up to 24hrs. It all depends on the flight/s.
