I am 21 weeks pregnant and everyday I get really really bad bloating. I take tums, but I want to know if there is anything I could do to totally prevent the bloating from coming. It just gets so painful where I can barely move till it goes away. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there any way to prevent it too?

Tummy mint tea by Celestial Seasonings helps... actually any mint tea will help.

Also avoid fizzy drinks like pop and the usual gas-causing foods; broccoli, beans, etc.

I would call your doctor and ask for their opinion.
I image adding more fiber to your diet, a little more walking, and more water may help.
Also - tums are ok.
Coca cola always helps my tummy. It makes the bubbles settle.
