It all varies by your body most women will get them about a month after it depends on how much you bleed during the miscarriage I bled for 28 days before i had my d and c done to remove the baby and 2 months later i had a period but it will take time for the hrmones to get back in place if your not trying to have a baby i suggest birth control to regulate your periods if you are trying to concieve and you don't get a period after 3 months then see a doctor most doctors want you to wait atleast 3 months to heal before trying to concieve good luck i hope this helps.

You can have your next period four to six week after you miscarry. If you are trying to concieve again, you should wait until you've had at least one normal cycle, so you should wait to get a normal period and then wait for another one after that, although it is possible to concieve earlier...it's just wiser to wait for the health of the baby.
