Pregnancy - November 2006

Hehe, I know the first thing everyone is going to stress, is taking prenatal vitamins. I do :) I was just on the net a while ago, and came across some info and now I can't find an answer. The thing is, I didn't find out I was pg until around 3 months... and I didn't start taking vitamins until shortly after I found out about baby... so does anyone know where I can find some info about what the chances are that it will have a detrimental effect on her? I mean I know there is always a chance... but then there is always a chance for a lot of things. And it's not like I wasn't getting any folic acid at all... I know I was regularly eating folic acid enriched cereal (cause I love cereal)... Some is better than none, isn't it? **shrugs** I was just wondering if anyone knows. Any help would be great. Thanks!

I am 7wks pregnant, and have a major tooth ache. has anyone taken amoxil while pregnant? I had some in the house and stared taking it to fight the infection. (I know ask the doc) But im just curious if anyonelse has taken it during pregnancy?

I had my last period on oct.2 and had unprotected sex on oct.23 but it says i ovulated oct.12-17...i took a pregnancy today and it was (-)...was it too soon or do you think it was okay and im not prego? my period is suppose to be here today or tom... and my boobs are really tender...but i had sex today & usually that starts my period when its that close and it didnt...do you think im preggo?

frequent back aches actually all the time gained alot of weight eating more kinda sore in my back area. shaky a bit and weak feel bloated took a pregnancy test a week ago and it said no then i started my period but this has been going on for about 2 months.

My sis is pregnant, im fifteen, she just got her very first altersound (????) and the baby is so cute!!! it looks like a peanut (cute peanut) so i nicknamed it peanut, i asked her if that was offensive, she said no, but i am wondering, do you think it is, i really dont want to upset her!

I weighed 127 before I found out I was pregnant and now I weigh 134. I don't thing that is to much weight gain over 13 weeks but my belly is huge!! I started wearing maternity clothes 2 weeks ago!! Could I be having twins? I know only a doctor can tell my for sure but I just wanted to hear from other moms. Oh, in case you didn't guess, this is my first pregnancy!!

Ok, my ex is pregnant. What are the chances of it being mine. The last time we had sex was march 9th, she was on her period till the 10th. We have also gotten 3 ultrasounds. Saying conseption was april 8th, 9th, and 11th. What are the chances?

I am currently 5 days & 1 day pregnant with my second child. With my first son my pants got tight around 8 weeks, I needed maternity clothes by 10-12 weeks.

Tthis time around has been something else! I am actually 10 lbs less then my pre-prego weight with my first... I am 5'4" & a size 6 (well was) I found out I was prego at 3.5 weeks... but this last week my pants just DON'T fit. I thought I was imagining it, but have had hubby & the neighbor look. Also I have actually lost a pound. I know my uterus is still super tiny right now, but is this normal? Twins don't run in any part of my family.

I feel totally embarrased wearing maternity pants yet, but I simply can't wear my other pants & am not gonna by bigger ones to wear for a few weeks.

I just ordered a Bella Band cause a friend suggested it to me.

ok in sept i had a miscarriage and i stoped bleeding on sept 10 as of today i have not got my period a couple days ago i started spotting one day and one day no so i went to the docotor today and he check me out and wants me to go get a ultrasound and blood test done then he said he well talk to me about whats going on but he needs to see the test that i need to do so i was just looking at my paper work for the ultrasound and i read that is says that i need to get the ultrasound done because of an enlarged uterus and now i am wondering what cause this my next appt is not tell nov 14 so i was wonder if anyone know what cause this thank you

I am due around the 10th with my 3rd kid, those two were very different though I was induced with both of them for different reasons.That's why I am curious, I have never really gone into labor on my own so I don't know what it feels like. I never had pains or was never not even 1 cm dialated before my due date. But I went to the doctor today and he said that I am 3 cm dialated. And he also said that he stretched me out a bit and that could cause my water to break.And also I think my mucus plug is coming out. How much longer do you think it will be?

Okay, reply to this one and the other two I submitted! Firstly, I am lactating a LOT now and it's soiling through my shirt and as a manager of a big company, wet breasts isn't a POSITIVE way to get attention at my corperate meetings! Is there anything I could use to help me so that I look presentable and this stuff doesnt come out while I'm at work?? This is really important because I won't lose my job over this! I already lost my boyfriend's appetite, I'm serious, read my other questions and do your best to please answer them, thank you!

okay so i thought i was pregnant and then i had a regular period and a negative pregnancy test, its been about a week or so maybe less since my period stopped and now im having a clearish brown dischage- this is the second day of that and now very very light blood too. what the hell is wrong with me? is this stress?

How in the freakin' world are we suppose to know if someone is or isn't pregnant??? Why not drive to the friggin store and buy a friggin pregnancy test and read the friggin directions - I actually just saw a question about what the "lines" mean on the test??

I am 39 weeks pregnant and my baby is still moving around ALLOT, i know this is good, but a friend told me that when labour is near the baby will go very quiet for a few days before labour.
Does this mean I am still weeks from labour or can your baby be active all the way up to labour?

Had my first miscarriage, they did a procedure to remove Tissue, but not a DC, went for blood yesterday week and a half later and still have a 857 level of HCG. I want and need closure is there any way to cleanse your body of HCG naturally?

I'm currently 13 weeks pregnant without insurance. Also, I live in Pennsylvania. I have had prenatal checkups and bloodwork and stuff done, but my mother-in-law in paying out of her pocket for everything.

My husband and I already applied for Medicare/Medicaid through the assistance office, but we got denied because we slightly make too much money.

At my work, pregnancy is a pre-existing condition and it won't be covered on my insurance if I picked it up.

The only other thing that I have done so far is apply for something at our hospital called the I-Care Fund. It only pays a % of laboratory work that you get done at the hospital such as bloodwork, etc. And they are going to pay 40% of the laboratory fees and a woman at the office said that it might cover the labor, but she's not sure.

If anyone has any other advice on what I should do, please tell me. I feel really bad that my mother-in-law has to pay for everything.

OKAY... so I'm LACTATING. Are you supposed to this early? Okay, and I know, TMI, and this is a gross situation, but I will tell you anyways. We were gonna have sex, it was foreplay, he started to, you know, lick and suck my nipples and then he spit something out into his hand and started to gag and make a face and I just looked at him and asked him what the hell his problem was. It was a clear, weird fluid coming out of my breast. Could it be infected? Yeah, I'm a class A moron, so I don't have a clue, but apparently SOMETHING is coming out of them and lol, I think there will be no sex for the rest of the day as a result. Ha ha, he still gags everytime he sees a milk add or a happy cow commercial, so I think that's it for today. But okay, seriously tho, is there something I should be doing or is this a normal thing going on in my system? *lol, I still feel so bad for my poor baby... he's still gagging, so I better throw the milk carton away... :-\*

I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend on october 11th im on birth control (only been on 2 months) 12 days after i started this spot bleeding thats a brownish color no oder, its now 11 days later and im still having it. i WAS suppose to start my period on monday october 30th and havent. My boobs have been very very sore, they do get sore a week before i start my period but this is a different sore. Lately ive been Very hungry, i wake up hungry and i eat, by the time i get to work im hungry again. I feel dizzy after lunch with a slight head ache. Today November 2nd i started getting a really bad back pain almost like a pinched nerve in the lower back upper butt area Please help i dont know if these are pregnant symptoms.....
