Tylenol and I think Robitussin is the only thing doctors let you take. Natural remedies drink Hot tea and lemon and take plenty of vitamin C. Good Luck!

Only Tylenol is safe that I know of. Use Saline nose spray and it will really help with the stuffiness! Also, put a vaporizer or humidifier in your room.

I was told by my doctor that it was safe to take any cough syrup with DM. I also asked 2 pharmacists just in case and they both said that it was perfectly safe. Feel better!

My doctor said that i can take anything that doesn't have aspirin or ibuprofen in it. So anything with acetaminophen is fine! But that is what MY Doctor recommended for me.. that doesn't mean with your situation your doctor would want you to take it. Your best bet is just calling your doctor and asking them what they recommend. Best Wishes.
