You ovulate about 14 days after the first day of your period. So in your case you probably conceived on October 8. There is a 3 day window so it could include the 9th and 10th as well.
Pregnancy is calculated by the first day of your last period. So even if you conceived in October they count all the way back to September 25.
Congratulations!!

You would have conceived about 14 days from September 25, or approximately October 8th.

Honestly, the 10 day set back doesn't really matter. Due dates are just an estimate of when the baby will be born. Only 3% of babies are born on their due date. A lot of babies are born sometimes 2 weeks early or even 2 weeks after their due date. As long as they are not changing the months on you, don't worry. If your periods are regular, you would have conceived 2 weeks after your last period.

If you are 5 weeks pregnant and if you know that your last period was on September 25th then the date that you were concieved will 13 to 16 days after your last period. And to decide exactly which date brainstorm yourself to find out which one of those 3 days that you were copulated by your partner

You would have concieved about October 9th.
Because, when they say you are 5 weeks they go by your last period because they do not normally know the conception date. Therefore, it's about 2 weeks after your last period. Which would put you at 5 weeks but, the baby would be about 3 weeks old.
... hopefully that makes sense! =o]

That doesn't make any sense. If you're five weeks pregnant, you're five weeks pregnant...loll. Conceiving is when you got pregnant and you said that was 5 weeks ago. You don't get pregnant the last time your period ended. The doctor will go by: two weeks after your last period. So in reality they would say you are 3 weeks pregnant. B/c ovulation USUALLY occurs halfway between periods. Not all, though. It is possible to get pregnant at other times too, even during a period.

You're not 5 weeks pregnant. If your last period was Sept. 25, ovulation would have occurred approximately on October 8th, therefore conception would have been somewhere between October 8th and 10th. Therefore as of today you would be three and a half weeks pregnant.
