Has anybody else had this very distinct feeling that their baby was going to come early? And did it?

I have always been really petite and I have already gained 20 pounds with my pregnancy. For the past two weeks or so I have been having extreme lower back pain and it has been shooting down the back of my right thigh. I was wondering if any of you have experienced this before. My mom says the baby could be putting pressure on my cyatic nerve. Others say it could just be the strain of the extra 20 pounds on my tiny little frame. I have a Dr.'s appt. Monday but any suggestions for relief or reassurance that this is normal would be helpful. Thank you :)
ps. This is my first pregnancy so I'm a little paranoid. :)

My girlfriend and i had intercourse 7 days ago and the condom came off - i know she is pregnant because she has taken a prenancy test twice 6 days later after the incedent. About 4 or 5 days later her breast began to swell and are firmer - she normally would have had her period during the last few days and of course hasn't. Knowing whether she is pregnant is not the problem - the problem is that she had intercourse with another man a month ago and has only had the symtom of breast swelling a month later and only that symtom. If the pregnancy is the result of intercourse from a month ago wouldn't there most likely be more symtoms then that by now?

My period is due today but has not started yet. I had an ovulation test in a drawer and took it, knowing that if I am pregnant the results should be positive on it as well. It was not positive, but nearly so. What could cause such a dark second line on an ovulation test this close to menstruation?

I'm 26 weeks pregnant and the babys father isnt around much. He finally stopped by the other night after 2 months of not seeing him. Before he wouldnt talk about the baby and got the deer in the headlights look when i did. He seemed to be different this time. I tried not to talk too much about it in fear that it would send him running. He actually didnt mind me talking about it and he even smiled. It has been killing me him not being around and not knowing what he is planning to do about this baby. Is it too soon to ask him or wait til i get closer to my due date?

dear all me and my boyf have considered trying for a baby...so recently we have been having unprotected sex...i had unprotcted sex with him three time on my most fertile days of the month just as i was ovulating...does anyone know what the chances are of getting pregnant at this time how much is it increased by if you have intercourse on the most fetile time of you cycle. I checke my cysle with my gp and we did have sex on these days....could you give me a percentage or something..or if you to have tried and been successful how long did it take and what were the very very first signs of pregnancy. I understand that beauty is in the eye of the beholder. However, I like the loose fit clothes on pregnant women. They are just more comfortable and it looks more becoming. This is simply my opinion. Hey want to look sexy? Just ware a lower cut blouse now that your breast make you look fuller regardless of the size you were before. Besides most men go gaga for boobs pregnant or not! Tighter clothes to me do not look sexy. If you’re not pregnant then tight clothes is another story and even that has its limits. Well this is my opinion what’s yours?

if you are 3 weeks pregnant, use a medication to kill the fetus but then get pregnant again some months later. it's 20 days old and still there. would the poison thing effect the embryo/fetus now? what do u call it when it's that old anyway?

i can't seem to keep weight on, im eating like a freakin pig...it seems like i never stop eating. Ive seen too different doctors and they cant seem to figure out why im not gaining, they say the baby is doing fine and still growing fine. there not worried about my light wieght gain. but i cant help but feel like im not being a good mom. did anyone else have this problem? how did u gain more wieght? did anyone go threw pregnancy barley gain a thing and have healthy babies?

I am almost seven weeks. I barely have any symptoms my breasts are a little sore, and I have been bloated. I haven't gotten sick to my stomach, except after I take my prenatal vitamins. Oh and I have been really constipated on and off and very restless at night. Some days I don't feel anything at all. Should I be feeling more pregnant.
