Pregnancy symptoms differ from woman to woman and pregnancy to pregnancy; however, one of the most significant pregnancy symptoms is a delayed or missed menstrual cycle. Understanding pregnancy symptoms is important because each symptom may be related to something other than pregnancy. Some women experience pregnancy symptoms within a week of conception. For other women, symptoms may develop over a few weeks or may not be present at all. Below is a listing of some of the most common pregnancy symptoms.
Implantation Bleeding:
Implantation bleeding can be one of the earliest pregnancy symptoms. About 6-12 days after conception, the embryo implants itself into the uterine wall. Some women will experience spotting as well as some cramping.
Other Explanations: Actual menstruation, altered menstruation, changes in birth control pill, infection, or abrasion from intercourse.
Delay/Difference in Menstruation:
A delayed or missed menstruation is the most common pregnancy symptom leading a woman to test for pregnancy. When you become pregnant, your next period should be missed. Many women can bleed while they are pregnant, but typically the bleeding will be shorter or lighter than a normal period. This symptom is commonly explained by other reasons. If you have been sexually active and have missed a period, it is recommended that you take a test

Any time you have sex without birth control there is a possibility that your girlfriend could get pregnant and that you could transmit stds to her. The chances are no higher or lower the first time or the 100th time. If you have unprotected sex, your chance of getting her pregnant is about 20% or about 1 in 5. If you continue sporadically for a year, your chance of getting her pregnant is over 90%. If you don't want her to get pregnant, you need to use protection or not have sex.

i think u and ure GF should go to the family planning clinic as u are both not clued up on sex, u should maybe think about those kinda questions before having sex as oppose to after the deed..
if u have already done it and it was less then 72 hours ago i would suggest going to the chemist and getting the morning after pill, and wear a condom in future!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

I can't believe people still ask these questions. If semen enters the vagina of a female past the age of puberty she can, and is quite likely to be pregnant.

of course, especially if your not going to use any sort of protection. What about a woman who has been raped, they can get pregnant the very first time. You better think about that one, unless you feel like supporting a baby...........

Pregnancy can happen anytime you engage in sexual relations whether it was her first time or her millionth time. If you take the right precautions and use contraception correctly, you can prevent this from happening.

Every time you have sex there's a risk of pregnancy. You should talk to her, and have her go see her doc about birth control and you should always were a condom, and if you don't have one, don't have sex. Sex isn't worth throwing away your life.
