I'm sorry, but the first answer is a really bad idea. Are you having routine appointments to ensure that you and your baby are healthy? If so then the Dr. will order an ultrasound. If you don't have insurance it will be added onto your bill and most hospitals have a program you can apply for that pays all or part of your medical expenses. And I'm not understanding why you say you want to keep your baby but want an ultrasound. What does one have to do with the other?

I dont know where you could get a free one done... not even in the ER, because you will still have to pay for the hospital bill. What you could do is look for medical schools in your area and have students that are training to be U/S technicians do one... usually they are just about 20 bucks to have one done by a student.

For Free? You are joking right? You need regular prenatal care while pregnant. With prenatal care comes ultrasounds. You will have to pay unless you qualify for medicaid or some other state program in your area.

I'm not sure if they do ultrasounds, but I know Planned Parenthood will care for you throughout your pregnancy, and it's on a sliding-fee scale. You could try there, perhaps.

That is when you fake cramping or even tell em you were in a car accident and they will do an ultrasound.
