Nope the kid can't take a frat test until college. It is, however possible to take a PATERNITY test while pregnant and it is done through amniocentesis. However this poses serisou risks to mom and baby and I wouldn't suggest that anyone do it. You should just wait until baby is out. It's cheaper anyhow.

Yes, but why so early. It will be 18 years before a decision will need to be made on what fraternity to join in college.
If it is your child, what are your plans? Do you want to marry her? That would be best for the child. If you don't want to marry her, are you going to be involved in the child's life? Does she want you to be involved?
Actually, that last question is not one to answer right now, as pregnant women can get weird about their wants and desires. If it is yours, you are responsible for half the medical bills during the pregnancy.
If this is going to be a single dad issue, and you are going to be involved, contact me, I have material that can be useful to you in dealing with all the related issues, and how to avoid some of the problems. If she says it is not your child, you still want a paternity test, to make sure, as you can get hit with a retroactive child support order any time within the next 23 years.

Yes it is.
# Prenatal (before your child’s birth) DNA testing:
* Amniocentesis: This test is performed in the second trimester, anywhere from the 14th-20th weeks of pregnancy. During this procedure, the doctor uses ultrasound to guide a thin needle into your uterus, through your abdomen. The needle draws out a small amount of amniotic fluid, which is tested. Risks include a small chance of harming the baby and miscarriage. Other side effects may include cramping, leaking amniotic fluid, and vaginal bleeding. A doctor's consent is needed to do this procedure for paternity testing.
* Chorionic Villus Sampling (CVS): This test consists of a thin needle or tube which a doctor inserts from the vagina, through the cervix, guided by an ultrasound, to obtain chorionic villi. Chorionic villi are little finger like pieces of tissue attached to the wall of the uterus. The chorionic villi and the fetus come from the same fertilized egg, and have the same genetic makeup. This testing can be done earlier in pregnancy from the 10th-13th weeks. A doctor's consent is needed to do this procedure for paternity testing.

it is possible to have done but only by amnio or cvs...they are mildly dangerous and they have about a 1 in 150 chance of miscarrige. amnio would be the best and safest choice for the PATERNITY test im not sure where ur from? but i live in mass and i couldnt find any doctor in the state who would risk dong and amnio just for a paternity test. maybe you'll have better luck. at the same time it's probly better to wait just to be on the safe side. i kno waiting to find out seems like the worst case senerio but hey you dont wanna lose the baby over ur patience.....good luck hun keep ur head up hope that helps

probably best just to wait until the baby is born, any possible tests that could be done could be dangerous to bub, it is hard enough carrying a little one without having to worry about those type of really horrible tests, once buby is born then you can test and that will determine paternity won't hurt to wait till then baby is comming regardless right?

Why are you joining a fraternity. Or are you looking for a paternity test.

I hope you meant paternity test and NOT a fraternity test! Ask your gynecologist.
