Every woman is completely different when it comes to that. If this is your first pregnancy, you're probably not going to show very much at this point. This can also be a touchy subject for people that do not know you, for example, a clerk in a store or a co-worker that may not have heard the news. They may THINK that you look pregnant but are hesitant to say anything because they do not know for sure. Too many times people have put their foot in their mouths by asking a woman, that is not pregnant, when her baby is due.

It won't be long before EVERYONE knows you're pregnant.

Because you're only 12 weeks. You won't "pop" yet for another month or so and even then people may not notice. Some days your belly may look larger then others, depending on how much water you are retaining, if you have gas, and how much/what you've eaten that day. Some women don't show a lot at all until their third trimester. Everybody is different and every pregnancy is different.

I was 7 months pregnant when I was first started to show... so it may take time for you before people notice. I'm not saying you have to wait until you're 7 months - everyone is different, but it'll probably be a while.

Hey don't complain!!! ;-)
Some women start showing really soon and only get bigger as the time goes on. My cousin went from a size 0 to a size 1 by the end of her third term. The dr kept telling her she was fine and she was. If you haven't gone to the Dr. already you should go you to make sure everything is ok.

I'm five and a half months and most people really can't tell I am pregnant, though I am now finally starting to show. Once your tummy starts growing you'll be having people(often complete strangers) want to feel the baby, giving you advice, and making general unsolicited comments. Enjoy the peace and quiet while it lasts! Congrats.

Well, since you're only 3 months pregnant, you may not be showing enough for people to be able to tell you're pregnant. I didn't start showing till I was 6 months pregnant.

You probably aren't showing much yet. Just enough for you to tell the difference, but others might not think it's anything other than weight gain. Give it another month or so and it will be much more obvious to others.
