The vaginal is incredibly elastic and stretched to 10cm. The baby doesn't grow inside a women tubes. It grows inside the womb. If for some reason a baby has become to large to fit through the birth canal a C-section is given. But most of the time babies a born the size a woman can safely push out. You don't see to many 90lb 4'9 women giving birth to 9lb 22 inch long babies.

yeah.or by c-section thats where they make a small cut below your stomach and they remove the baby.
