Pregnancy - September 2006

My wife and I have been together for 5 years and are in our mid 20's.

Were we going to wait another 3 years, but decided a month ago to start in a few months because we are both getting the baby bug.

My wife has been baby crazy for about a year, she has cried a few times when she came home after spending the day with her friends' babies. She said she felt sad because she wasn't a mother and it "hurt her heart."

Now that we plan to try for a baby she doesn't even want to look at baby stuff or talk about babies, she said she doesn't want to get her hopes up and make things worse for her.

Is this a normal thing for a woman?

the first time was protected and the second time wasn't. I am a little paranoid but isn't it less likely since he had just ejaculated? I also noticed the very next day and today that I have a lot of clear stringy discharge. My period is due in a week.

Basically, me and my boyfriend were messing around. We were gonna have sex but stopped, he didnt insert at all though. I am worreid maybe he let out some '***' or something. He didnt ejaculate though, so Im not sure. Anyways, this happened like 2 weeks ago. I should get my period in like a week. Right now, I have pain in my lower stomache and a discharge thats like a milkywhite. Is there any possible way I can be pregnant? or can it just be cramps and pain because I shouldbe geting my period. This never happen before. Usually I only feel like this the day of my period. Help me out here!

I am now four months, and still feeling uncomfortable. I feel like I have a fist just pressing into my belly. Then I have a lot morning sickness too, some days are better then others; however sigh. I waiting to get my extra boost of engery and wanting to feel good instead of bloated .

Okay…. I can count on two hands how many times my whole life I’ve missed a period by more than a couple of days….I had my last period on July 29th…I should have had this period on August 30th as I am a 34 day cycle.. It is now day 41 and nada. . I did notice that around the time I should have ovulated on my last period I spotted, but I took an ovulation kit and it said I wasn’t ovulating. My temperature hadn’t spiked either so I knew I wasn’t ovulating but didn’t understand why the bleeding.. I spotted the next week two days in a row and the week before my period I spotted. I haven’t spotted since. My boobs are sore. Usually it is just the nipples but now it hurts to touch any part of it…I’m having sharp pelvic pain right now.. it feels like I’m being stabbed(it comes and goes)….I have taken two pregnancy tests and they both came up negative. The last one I took 2 days ago and the first one I took the day I would have started my period. I took my temperature a couple days ago in the morning as soon as I woke up and it was 97.8 (the highest it has ever been. Usually I’m around 97.1 or 96.9 .So I guess I’m just asking for advice. Anyone been pregnant after failing a prego test???

Me and my friend just found out we were pregnant but my friend isnt sure if she is gonna keep it because she is with her boyfriend and pregnant by another man, she's stressing herself out cause she really wants it but she doesnt know what to do, she's afraid to tell her boyfriend cause she thinks he will try to fight her and make her have a miscarriage.

Not to say its right but men some men cheat on their women and have babies and their women stick by them, I told her this may happen or may not happen but she has to be prepared for whatever.

Has anyone ever been in this situation?? and if so what did you do or what was the final outcome? I've been trying to help her out but she's getting more and more depressed.

I know some of you may judge but why, you are not GOD!

As of yesterday, I am 3 cm dilated. Today, when I used the restroom and wiped, there was a brownish bloody "show". I called my doctor and thats what he said it was. Anyways, I have had mild contractions for 2 days now. And yesterday, my doctor felt the baby's head. My doctor says any time now. What do ya'll think?

I am 36 weeks along and I'm having these pains that are shooting across the top of my belly and into my ribs, my stomach is kinda hard but a little soft at the top, ive been having them for an hour now and they are sharp pains. They are kinda like the pains I get when I have to have a bowel movement only a little sharper. i was wondering if anyone knows if this is what contractions are like. Also, I'm kinda nautious...not alot but a little.

but the problem is that my hubby is due to go overseas in January. My dilema is I want his baby, what if something happens to him over there and I will never be able to bear his child. The other side is I want him to experience the pregnancy and birth with me. I was just wondering what everyone thought or if anyone was in the same situation. No rude comments please♥
