Alot of people here have been saying walk more, have sex and do some house work...that shoud get you going. Im 37 weeks and 4 days. I did actually do 2 of these things very recently and last night I could not sleep due to braxton hicks.....right? My doc said change positions when they come and they should go away if they are braxton hicks. DID NOT GO AWAY. but they were not like 15-10 minutes apart either. varied. some close, some not. I still had them up into this morning, and some here and there. Braxton hicks right? even though moving, walking, WATER or shower is not making them go away? Have not noticed if plug came out so when do i be concerned?
