has anyone had mild cramps or pressure in their pelvic area or in their ovaries when you are active during pregnancy

yes... i do... its common when i dooz it with my man after a while my tummy starts to hurt REAL real bad and i sometime stop... its common. in fact my friend goes through the same thing. im sorrie it hurts you too. but she told me that the further along you get the less that you have those horrible pains.

Oh I've had loads of mild cramping in my pregnancy, especially in the first trimester.

My doctor told me you only really need to worry if its severe and accompanied with bleeding.

Otherwise its just your uterus expanding and ligaments being put under pressure.

I have. I think mild cramps are nothing to worry about. It's the doubled-over, can't get up, feel like you were kicked in the stomach cramps that you should worry about.
