ok i'm aprox 6 weeks preg and ive already gained 5 pounds and yesterday i slept for over 16 hours and still felt tired. and over all i just have that "feeling" I have known what each one of my kids was before the doctor told me. could i be right and this is going to be twins?

OK one of my friends is having a baby in April. We think that she needs to have a girl so I said that we are going to will it to be a girl, since that is what she wants. One of my other friends said that the foods she eats can change the baby`s sex. It sounds crazy to me but is it possible, and if so what are the foods?

I have been experiencing labor symptom but nothing is happening I was even put in the hospital all day and then just released I'm so tried of this I just want it over with I'm 39 weeks and cry non stop I can't wait to get this over with.

I have a child, and I am pregnant again. I am maybe a two to three weeks pregnant and I look as if I'm three months pregnant. My first child I did not really show until the middle of my second month. Granted I weighed 98lbs when I got pregnant the first time and I weighed 100lbs when I got pregnant this time. Why does it look like I'm 3 months already?

I am nine and a half weeks pregnant. I often (mostly at night) feel a strange pain in my vagina. It feels like it may be my cervix. The pain is a quick, sharp pain. I don't really know how to describe it, other than "mini-lightning." I haven't had any cramping or spotting. Is this normal? Has anyone else experienced it? I have an appointment with my OB tomorrow, but I'm totally stressing myself out. Plus, I always like to ask other pregnant women or mothers, since they actually share the same "equipment." Thanks for any information in advance.

When you go into the labour and are about to be admitted to the hospital, are there any hygene procedures prior to it? Like, you have to be shaven down there, and empty your bowl system, etc.? I've heard something about it and got confused... experienced ladies, do share ur experience! Thanks.

Ok so im 5 days late for my period, today i have had the TINIEST amount of blood when i wipe (like a few pin pricks amount) and it light pink... i also have had slight cramping and a heavy feeling in my lower stomach... was just wondering if anyone else has experienced implanation bleeding or cramps? and what it feels like? Im not sure if im just getting my period late or wether its implantation bleeding (yes i have had unprotected sex alot in the last month)

Well, I had unprotected sex, and my boyfriend NEVER came. It probably lasted about 1-2 minutes [the whole sex thing]. We kinda had incidents that were like 15 - 30 secs long he'd put it in then out.. but yeah. But he's never came in me. This happened about 6 1/2 weeks ago. I have had my period, & i took THREE hpts. All came out negative.. I am feeling a bit nauseated & light headed sometimes.. Do you think I am pregnant? Or am i jst really worried?

A friend of mine told me last night that she is afraid because she is late with her period. She has not had sex in over a month with her boyfriend and can't figure out why she would be late a month later. She took a pregancy test and it was negative. I want to be supportive and provide comfort but I don't know what to tell her to make her feel better. Do you have any advice?

the test i took was a first response and i took one a week ago that said negative. when i got up this morning i took another one, that came back negative. in result i went to planned parenthood and they said that the test was negative. is it possible that it is too early for their test?

My fiance's brother is in the air force and his wife lives here in my town and she works at the mcdonalds up the street she is 7 months pregnant and has cheated on her husband with 3 or 4 different guys they have a 1 year old together too...... his wife just turned 18 we use to be friends but she used me and I could just stand back and watch her cheat on her husband.... Well her husband is coming home in a few weeks do you think that I should tell him??? Him and my fiance don't get along that well so I don't think that he would believe him if he told him.... so do you think I should say something??

I heard there was a tea that helps you to produce more breeast milk. Mine is slowing down. I have to pump becuase he was in the hospitla the first 2 weeks and only takes the bottle. He drinks about 5 ounces at a tiem every 2-3 hours. I only produce like 2-3 every 3-4. Does anyone know of a tea or a way to produce more???

my mother has less than 2 weeks left to live and my doctor wont induce labor because i dont want any form of drugs in my system. (Im also a recovering drug addict)He will break my water at 39 weeks but my mom isnt gonnna be here that long. I know in my heart shes suffering and she is doing so to see my baby.

I thought this month I could possibly be pregnant, so I waited to get my period. I went to the bathroom this morning and I saw a VERY, VERY light pink when I wiped (not even blood, just a little pink on the toilet paper, mixed with the pee (not from my urinary tract)....Well, I thought I was going to get my period, but then I went pee about 3 hours later and it looked like there was the same amount of "color" when i wiped, but this time, it was brown looking and in my cervical mucous....later on about 4 hours later, I went pee again and this time, I had very clear, slippery mucous when I wiped and the color was completely gone. My period was due today!! What could it be?
