It totally sounds like it is!

It's a pinchy feeling, but not like regular cramps. More like a muscle twinge.
How do your breasts feel? Are you hungry?

You are at a point where the pregnancy test will work...take one!

If you want to be pregnant I hope you are - and if you don't - well I hope you aren't.

If you were pregnant the small spotting and cramping would have happend a few days after ovulation. I am thinking this is just your period starting off slow. But since you do not have a regular period I would take a pregnancy test. If it is negative and you don't get your period in the next day or so I would make an appointment with your doctor.

Implant spotting would have occured before now, if you're 5 days late.
Light pink, cramping- sounds period-like to me.
If in doubt, take a hpt. If it's positive and you're having spotting/bleeding, call your doctor.

implantion would have happened about five days before your peroid. if you are late you may be pregnant. the chances are less likly if you are on birth control. Take a home pregnancy test,or go see your doctor for a blood test.
