unless the shop is FSC/Eco - certified there ARE some harmful chemicals at use (Fountain solution, inks, solvents, toner).. However, if your office is adequately ventilated shouldn't pose too great a risk.. however - if you can smell chemicals while working you should give it some serious thought..

Assuming (like most print shops) you use Van Son inks.. check out the material safety data specs on their products here:
http://vansonink.com/ts_msds.html

most inks do have a "slight" heath risk associated (this is a TSCA term) .. the prolonged exposure to a fetus MAY be an issue..

check the labels of the chemicals used in the shop, they should have info on them for pregnant women. In general, if you have limited exposure to the chemical you will be OK, but its best to avoid ant unnecessary exposure.

i agree with taoa - you should get a list of the chemicals that are present where you are working and find out from a doctor about exposure conditions .

now a days yes. They don't use the same stuff that they used years ago. I would still get a list of cleaners and ingredients and bring it to your doctor to check out.
