I know the old wives tale your on about - if it's a fast beat then it's a boy? ( hope that's what you were told anyway), it was spot on for our first and I think our second (girlie) definately sounded slower than his on the ultrasound. Don't go buying blue just in case though?? Good luck.

Oh thinking back nearly 4 yrs ago, it was like 128-150 range. It varied. 138-145 somewhere in there.

I have no clue what my little boys heartbeat was that was 8 years ago yet I can tell you that my little girls was FASTER than his! GOOD LUCK

Yes, boys heartbeats are supposed to be faster, my doctor told me that, but then again we knew they were boys..
