hurts the baby?? i know that the circulation to the baby isnt good but i have been having a hard time sleeping on my side and always wake up on my back...is there any real proof that a baby could be damaged by this?? thanks for the answers

What does that mean its about my turn. Twins run on my boyfriends side of the family so it seems with 3 sets in the past 4-5 generations. It was the first time I met this woman and she scared me to death (They live 500 miles away). Is there some sort of pattern with twins in the family, they were all fraternal (if I spelled that right.) Does it matter or no?

I am seventeen and i am sexually active and i just started taking birth control (the pill) this month but last month i got my period July 8 till the 11th and then i had to take the morning after pill and it messed up my whole cycle because i got my next period july 20th till 23 so now i am on my 26th cycle day and i been cramping but no period.....should i be worried???

I am pregnant with my first child. My mother had 3 girls, no boys. My father had 2 girls 2 boys. My mothers mother had 6 girls no boys. My fathers mother had 2 boys. My boyfriends parents had 2 boys. Does any of this even matter? I am just really hoping for a girl but will be happy with a boy also.

We have been together for 5 years.

She told me about 6 months ago that she really wanted to start trying for a baby.

I told her that we can start trying to conceive next year because our house will be paid off then.

We will have $0 debt next year and I wan't to be 100% financially stable when she gets pregnant.

She agreed to wait, but I can tell she is upset.

She talks about babies a lot and I get the vibe that her feelings are hurt that we will be together for 6-7 years before she is even pregnant.

To make it worse, her friend just got pregnant by her boyfriend of a year.

What do I do to comfort her?

What can I do to get her mind off of a baby until next year?

I am going to give her a baby, its just not the right time now.

Actually i felt little cramping and contractions whole night after having sex alongwith unbearable pains shooting up whole; pelvic area. Cramping and contractions stopped by morning but feeling very dizzy and when i try to focus on any object i feel lightheaded. baby is moving slow as compared to its hyperactiveness normally. sex wasn't rough or anything.I am really worried.

I took a pregnancy test this morning and it was negative. I am wondering if I should give up the idea that I may be pregnant this month. I was suppose to start my period today and I have not as of yet. My Basal body temps are staying high so far. What do u think?

I had skipped a month of my bc pills and then got back on them this past month. My husband and I were debating the issue of another baby, we have a 16 month old. I am not ready bc of a difficult pregnancy. Then my period was 4 days late, that is if it was a period. Allot of brownish red blood at first then little spotting, but nothing else.....did I have implantation bleeding? Or a weird period? Just asking opinions, before getting a test. By the way, I am taking yasmine 28.

Is there a way to control mood swings through out prregnancy? I was looking for maternity clothes and nothing fit. So i got upset and started feeling like crying and then misplaced my feelings and got mad at my poor boyfriend. He is so confused and it doesn't seem fair to him, but I can't seem to stop myself from getting worked up. :(

first baby so not really sure (i am calling the doctor but on hold for so long) what does it mean when the waters leak?? is this a reason to be scared.. or just stay on hold. mucus plug came out on thursday and some on friday.. and little water leaked on sat. but more yesterday, and still today. Due Date is today Aug. 14th.

i quit everything when i was pregnant, smoking,drinking, even gave up soda and unhealthy food..my friend is now 3 months pregnant and she JUST quit smoking..thankfully thats her only vice she doesnt drink or eat bad etc. but i have been telling her to quit since the test results and im scared that shes already mistreated her unborn. she told me that the dr. told her to stop too but when he realized she didnt he said cut back to 3 a day at the most..well she ended up doing that and quitting but isnt it still very dangerous that she smoked for that long?
