I have heard that eating ginger (you know..the stuff that comes alongside spicy foods) can cure a lot of morning sickness and nauseousness,,,try eating just basic ginger and that may settle your stomach somewhat....also try things that you would normally use for flu symptoms such as saltine crackers or 7 up..they tend to calm your stomach as well.
Good luck..sounds frustrating :(

I am in my 8th week and in the same boat! I can't even seem to keep water and saltines down. I went to my dr's a week ago and they say how dehydrated I was and prescribed Zofran for me. Being too dehydrated can cause a miscarraige so be very careful. The zofran has helped me tremendously. You dissolve on tab on your tounge every 6-8 hour or as needed. It works like a miracle except it is very very expensive. My dr gave me a prescription for only 20 tablets and it cost me $125 after my insurance paid $477. I dont know how I am going to survive this sickness without it so I am going to have to keep buying it bc my am sickness is soo bad and lasts all day. With the medicine I am almost normal. I feel naseau a lil but not at all like before and I dont throw up. You can also try a motion sickness braclet my dr recomended that also. Before I had the medicine the only thing I was able to eat was a few green grapes. Everyones body is different though.... Good luck and hopefully it doesnt last too long and congrats on your pregnancy!

I'm 9 1/2 weeks and have had the same problems!!! I've found in the last couple of weeks if I eat a snack (crackers, apple, Chex mix) every couple of hours it really has been helping. And don't eat a full meal---only a sandwich at lunch, and then snack with fruit later, etc. I've also been drinking room temp water. Another thing my sister told me to try was to drink lemonade and eat something salty. I did it, but I think the lemonade was the trick. I keep hearing it should go away around 12 weeks so we'll keep our fingers crossed on this one! Good luck!

I had all day sickness too for the first 5 months. Its horrible I know. If you are so sick that you are unable to keep from puking reguarly then you should tell your doctor to give you a prescription for the morning sickness because its too harmful for the baby to go without enough food and water. I have heard that Zofran is the miracle drug of choice for ppl with severe morning sickness. But, its expensive and alot of insurance wont cover it but i would ask for it. A half a vitamin b6 and a certain type of unisom helps a little if you take it before bed. Staying hydrated the best you can helps.

Before you get out of bed in the morning try to eat a few saltine crackers and some milk. If that dont work then you can try some ginger. Also you can try seaband that are over the counter. If you are having really bad morning sickness talk to your doctor cause he can maybe give you something for the sickness. Hope you feel better.

Well first, Congrats!! Morning sickness can be all day, all night or in the morning....it's just a name. You should try dry toast, saltines or even weak tea. I know that the saltines worked best for me. If it becomes really bothersome or prolongs talk with your doctor and he/she can prescribe a med that will help with some of the symptoms. It doesnt last for a real long time and then you'll barely remember it. Good luck and Congrats!

When you wake up in the morning eat some saltine crackers and have a glass of water. It is going to be rough for a while. Stay away from anything acidic like orange juice and pasta sauce. Sometimes dry toast work well. I really hope this helps, Good Luck.

Yeah, the morning sickness. I dreaded this part of pregnancy. Well, since I had no other choice but to get my bigger butt out of bed, I settled for bananas. You could always tell if Im preganant if you see bananas in every corner of my house.
Usually, the sick feeling will pass after your 12th week or 3rd month of pregnancy. Just hold-on to it, mommy. They say that the more difficult the pregnancy had been, the more beautiful you're baby will be.
Good luck.

Go talk to your doctor (OB) about a certain med you can take that will stop the nausea and vomiting and will not hurt the baby. Its a wonderfull pill. I had bad 'morning' sickness with my 2nd which caused me to loose weight through most of my pregnancy, and when they gave me that pill, it helped so very much.
Good luck!

Talk to your doctor he/she can prescribe you medication that will help. I had the same thing. I couldnt hold down anything food or liquids. All day sickness is not fun :( but hang in there it should go away before you know it. (Unless your really unlucky and have it threwout your entire pregnancy!)
