The pill can do differentthings to different women. Are they severe cramps? If they are then maybe you can talk to your doc about switching the brand of pill. Also, a lot of women get cramps right before they get their period. It's one of the ways to tell that your period is soon to arrive. The cramps could be do to the extra hormones of the morning after. Why did you take that if you were on the pill? That seems like too many extra hormones which could cause cramping. Did you skip any pills? I wouldn't worry yet until you are a few days late. Then take a hpt and call your doc.

I think you would be fine. Having cramps without the bleeding is normal especially since you just started on taking the pills. I am however worried about why you took the morning after pill. If you've had sex without a condom, regardless of using the morning after pill, I would recommend you go get yourself tested. But in a attributes, you seem to be only suffering the symptoms of taking the pills.

You should call your dr and ask these questions, because they know just what you are taking and all the possible risks. People on here often don't know what they are talking about. Those sugar pills are just there to keep you in the habit of taking the pill and to act as "markers" for how many days until its time to take the next ones. Don't be afraid to ask lots of questions to your doctor. Bummer that you have to. Waiting for marriage is way better on a lot of fronts.

Sometime it can take time for you're body to adjust to taking the pill .. and messing up the cycle isn't good either but I wouldn't worry allot.. call the doctors office and ask if there should be a worry .. they may need to change the type of pill you are taking and/or want you to come in and get checked out.. take a hot shower and put you're feet up and see if that helps allot..
