At 31 weeks your baby is getting so big that it doesn't have as much room to move around anymore. I have had 2 kids and had dizzy/blackout spells with both. Neither of my ob's knew why. It could have been low blood sugar or a spike in my blood pressure. If you have concerns, make an appointment and go see your ob and discuss this with him/her. It's probably nothing.

Call your doctor and tell him/her what is going on. You will probably just have to make an appointment and go in for a check up or ultrasound. There are several things it could be. Just remember not to worry to much stress is not good for you or the baby. I hope this helps and Congratulations!

Call your doctor immediately and talk to him/her or the nurse. Say what you just said here and see what they say. They might want you to come into the office to get checked or to the hospital. Then again, each doc is different and they may just tell you to lay down and drink some water (get hydrated).
Never be afraid to call your doc or nurse when you have questions like this. That is what they are there for and what you pay them for!

honey go to the doctor. That sounds like the early stages of preeclampsia. I had it with my first born and it is nothing to mess with. Specially since the baby isn't being very active now too. That could be lack of air to your brain and that would mean the baby is getting the same way. GO TO THE DOCTOR. CONGRATS AND GOODLUCK

Go and see your doctor asap just incase. Last two months of pregnancy i had a lot of dizzyness but if you think the baby is quieter than normal I'd go get things checked out.

You may have started labor with the sex. I have seen many sites say that sex late term helps induce labor. Something in the semen causing the cervix to soften.
In any case the dizzyness alone is nothing to worry about. The slower moving baby is however. GO TO THE DOCTOR AND NOW please.

Just go to the emergency room and tell them how your feeling and get checked. This is the only way to give you peace.
