I start in the morning out of bed by drinking 2 glasses of water. Then for breakfast I either have a bowl of whole grain cereal with Total, Raisin Bran, Grapenuts, and a cup of tea with ginger or a cup of coffee with milk. If I dont have the cereal, I will eat a banana and small apple for breakfast with the coffee and go to work at like 8:15. I try to eat a few saltines by 11:30 if i feel nauseasou. But I do drink another glass of water.
At 12:30 I come home for lunch and either eat a cup of Breyers fruit yogurt and one slice of whole grain bread. Then i drink another glass of water. In the middle of lunch and dinner, i snack on a few more saltines if want, or may sip a little of gingerale At dinner time around 7 I eat chicken nuggets, grilled chicken and rice, or some kind of chicken so I get my protein along with carrot sticks sometimes or just the chicken itself with rice is fine.
Is this a healthy diet? I am also taking the Flinstones complete multivitamin. Do you
