You SHOULD be scared of unprotected sex. It's like having sex with everyone your partner has had, and everyone those partners had, and everyone... etc. - a whole web of people perhaps.
If she is already pregnant... be a man and deal with it. It's too late to undo it. You should have thought about that earlier.
If she's not, just tell her - you aren't ready to have kids because you want (fill in the blank) first. If she can't deal with it, she isn't the right person for you to be with anyhow because nobody should push anybody into parenthood. That is a HUGE responsibility.

If you're having sex (even with a condom, BC pills, etc) you have to be willing to face the possible consequences. SHOULD she be pregnant, even if you aren't ready for a baby, you will be financially responsible to help raise the baby even if you don't want to be in the child's life (provided that she does decide to have the baby). Now if she decides to have an abortion, you need to help her through that (financially, emotionally, etc). No matter what, it's her body and her choice. But above all, remember, she's probably just as freaked out as you are, if not more.
Now, if you've managed to dodge the bullet on this one - you have a choice. Tell her: A) You will only have protected sex (with a condom is always recommended until you're married) or B) You don't want to have sex at all because you're not ready for the possibility of a pregnancy.

Quit having unprotected sex. And talk to her. If you haven't even discussed birth control, you aren't ready for sex, much less children!

the easiest way to do that is just straight up tell her. Don't beat around the bush or try to sugar coat it just be honest. that's the most important thing in any relationship. that and trust.

U NEED TO JUST TELL HER. JUST BUST OUT AND TELL HER, EVEN IF YOU FEEL SCARED. A BABY IS NO LITTLE SIMPLE THING. TELL HER, NOBODY HATES U.
