Always double check with your doctor regarding any physical activity while you are pregnant but the general rule of thumb is, unless there are extenuating circumstances, whatever activities you did before you were pregnant are pretty much okay while you are pregnant- I just would not take up anything new as far as extreme physical activity

YES! Any activity that you did before pregnancy is absolutely fine to do while pregnant. Drs recommend that you not start doing a strenuous NEW activity, like running if you didn't do it before you go pregnant. Also, make sure to drink plenty of water to stay hydrated while you're dancing away! Have fun!!

It's great to dance while you're pregnant just don't over-do it. Having a work out like this will probably even help you deliver faster on the day you deliver. Make sure you don't run out of breath too often though, you need oxygen to go to the baby too, lol.

I did until I was about 7 months pregnant and didn't really feel like getting up off the couch, much less dancing. ;) My doctor said it was fine as long as my heartbeat didn't go over 120 beats per minute.

Depends on what kind of dancing. Most doctors will recommend exercise while pregnant. Just be careful and check with your doctor.

Physical activity while you're pregnant is greatly important and can help keep your baby healthy.
Just be careful while you're doing it, over-exhustion is not good for either you or your unborn child. And falling should probably be avoided as well.

Only if you want your baby to learn the hookey pookie and the chicken dance. You'll scar him for life with those dances.

"You put your right foot in, take the left one out......and shake it all about........."
