Your body could be reacting to your diet and since you lost alot of weight you maybe are losing too much weight too fast.
If you have taken all the tests the most likely response would be you are not pregnant.
This sometimes happens to athletes who exercise rigoursly..or diet. Their body just stops having a period. sometimes you should probably consult a dr.
well, congrats on the major weight loss from only may.....that is wonderful. Just make sure you aren't hurting your body

if you are stressed and dieting that can change your cycle
also remember this... the more your body thinks it is starving the more likely you are to become pregnant as well as more likely you are to have a girl... odd but true
you should probably talk to your dr about the specifics of the diet so that he/she can advise you on how to keep the weight off but still be healthy enough to conceive with out doing damage to the baby
get plenty on b vitamins and every now and then have a Guinness... besides being a beer that can help loosen you up (meaning de-stress) it also has high amounts of nutrients that other beers lack.. also helps the hormones, you'll really notice it in your breasts... but be aware that the more you drink the more you will gain
everything in moderation, even moderation

You could be. You can't be on a healthy diet, that's probably what is causing it. It is so unhealthy to loose weight that quickly. Either way, you should see a doctor soon. There has got to be a reason for you not having your period, and if you're not pregnant it may be something serious. And if you are pregnant, your diet can not be doing your child any good.

If you're not bleeding, or shedding, then you're not ovulating, or fertile, What kind of diet are you on that would stop your menstral cycle altogether? Doesn't sound very healthy to conceive a child under those circumstances. I wouldn't even try right now if I were you. You could potentially end up with a child with severe abnormalties.

Kind of concerning actually. You might not be getting the proper nutrition if you havent had your period. I know from experience. Better check with the doc and see if your percentage of body fat is to low. Thats what happened to me. Either that or it could be as simple as not getting enough nutrients and vitamins. Good luck!
