Pregnancy - June 2006

I have a 2 yr old, and trying tryng for a second, With my first I had a vaginal birth, everything was pretty good, I was in labor for only 5 hrs., the contractions were unbearable but I didn't get epidural. Im not worried about that, what concerns me is afterwards. My doctor cut me to almost half my rectum. The recovery from that was horrific,for about 9 months after my son was born everytime I had a bowl movement I couldn't sit for 1/2 a day and it was excrutiating to pass. Sex was just as bad. I am terrified of going through it again. Please share your experiences of a c-section, I'm not sure if I should have an elective c-section?

I know this is strange, but hubby and i werent together at the time, and i think i am pregnant by the other man, should i just tell hubby, because he thinks that this child is his? i mean it could be either or.

What postion does the women have to be in. And it has to do with a pool also. How does it prop up. How does the baby come out. And what does the pool have to do with it. The more informative you are the bigger chance you have of getting 10 points.

the day we having sex and i didnt wear condom but i was *** outside.....and after 3 days her periods comes. after 1-2 weeks and we having sex again, and this time i am wearing condom..but after 4 weeks - 1months her period havent come? why? where is the mistake? isit the time that i didnt wear condom, but i *** outside which is onn her body! why her period until now havent comes? is already 1 months i think or 3 weeks? can you all help me?? thankzzz!!!!

when in the early stages of pregnancy when the baby kicks does it feel like a muscle spasm like really light muscle spasms and then get harder as weeks progress? and does your baby usually move around the same time every day? I was just wondering because i feel my little man kick late at night and it feels like little muscle spasms butim not sure if it is really him. What do you all think?

I would like to get answers only from women who have experienced pregnancy please. I would like to know if there is a way i can quickly reduce swelling in my feet and ankles. I've tried wrapping them in ace bandages and in ted stockings, i've tried soaking them in warm water, and in cold water. I've tried ice packs, i've tried elevation. They all work but not for long enough, if I start moving around or sit with my feet not up for 15-30 minutes, they start getting swollen again. I swear right now I think they look like a couple of balloons. They are huge. They hurt so bad. It hurts my ankles when I stand. My knees are also swollen. So if you have any ideas at all of what I can do to keep the swelling down that doesn't involve me keeping them wrapped or in water or elevated 24/7 PLEASE let me know. thank you.

Is it normal for your nipples to itch intensly and for the knob of your nipple to havve a dark purple band around it (not around the huge Areola (sp?) part but around the "knob"...itchy itchy itchy !!!!

Also I wonder i have been having sooooo much discharge (25 weeks) it is constant..and i had BV and yeast infection ..yuck yuck i know but i have to ask ladies

I am 7 months pregnant with my third child (others are 4 and 2) and I am BEAT. The kids trash the house faster than I can clean it, I cant lift or bend because it causes contractions and I am already feeling very close to preterm labor. I am crampy and sore a lot and I know this isn't good. My husband is "married" to his job and is often late, when he does come home he eats dinner and goes to sleep. I need help and I am not getting it. Yes he helps cook and does some lifting and all, but tons more is not getting done. If I ask for help he acts like I am asking way too much and starts nitpicking everthing I am doing wrong. I don't have friends or family nearby because over the last year everyone has moved away.
I am so tired of trying to make him understand how hard it is to be so pregnant, rasing kids ect. How can I get him to help me and understand the situation (which he seems ignorant to) without causing more fighting?
Please help!
