Here are a few things that I tried when I was getting morning sickness. Except my morning sickness was all day every day for about 6 1/2 months. I hope yours doesn't last that long.
Okay, saltine crackers, and lots of them, don't gobble them down, nibble on them, or eat them slowly at least. I don't know how you are with gingerale, myself, i can't drink it, I drank sprite, and it helped a lot, but I don't suggest drinking too much of that, more water than anything. Try eating applesauce more often, I still eat that now whenever I start to feel sick. It's wonderful how only like 5 spoonfuls of applesauce helps you to not feel so sick anymore. Might take more than that though. Don't drink a lot of milk or dairy products around the times that you feel sick. Make sure you are taking your vitamins. If you get tired of crackers (I know I did) try tortilla chips (they are also salty and they helped me some). Try eating dry toast ( I know it doesn't sound too great but it helps) Don't drink too much orange juice, I made that mistake and it made me get sick something aweful. Make sure you chew your food very well before you swallow it, if you don't it hurts all the more coming back up. Try not to drink too much apple juice, it doesn't do magic like applesauce, trust me. Bananas help alot. There is this thing called the BRATT diet for pregnant women. It consists of Bananas, Rice, Applesauce, Toast, Tea. I don't know how you are with rice, but that is the only thing I couldn't keep down out of those five. Also try sleeping on your left side. I didn't understand why exactly at first, but it helps a whole lot. I can't sleep on my right side without feeling sick, or my back for too long, and you don't want to lay on your back once you get farther along anyways, it makes you get real stuffy. I know you probably are already going to the bathroom alot, but also try eating some crackers after you lay down to go to bed and drink like a half a bottles worth of water before you go to sleep, don't get back up after you do these things, use the bathroom then get into bed and eat the crackers and drink the water and go to sleep. And no matter how much you have to use the bathroom when you wake up in the morning, Try not to just get up quick or anything, sit there on the bed with your feet hanging off of it, before they even touch the floor and eat a few crackers slowly and drink some of your water for a few minutes before you get up. That is all I can think of right now to suggest to you. Sorry it is so long. But I am only trying to help. Good luck with everything. Hope your morning sickness goes away soon.

I also had terrible "all-day" sickness until the last month or so, and I would agree with the stuff kits_n_cats2006 said. Some other things that helped me when I was sick of all the other stuff were ginger snaps and peppermint tea. This is kind of gross, but I also started considering how unpleasant it was likely to be to throw certain things up. I couldn't always keep even the BRATT stuff down, so I just had to consider how nasty it was likely to be if it came back up. For example, I stopped eating rice because (extreme grossness coming up) when I vomited it up, it would get into my nasal passages and everything, and I would have half-digested rice in my nose, which is not exactly pleasant. That didn't happen with toast and crackers, so I stuck with those.

I used to keep crackers by my bed and water too, b4 you get out of bed eat a few and drink water. Its kinda gross, but dont brush your teeth yet, then eat breakfast, then brush. During meals I would small snacks, oranges worked great for my morning sickness, any citrus fruit. Also I had to avoid greasy food, cereal and eggs. Sometimes it doesn't matter what you eat but just how often, try not to go to long without eating.

pepper mints and sniffing lemons. I know it sounds weird but when I was pregnant I was so scared to get morning sickness so I searched for different methods of preventing and curing it just incase and those were two of the things I came across. I know mints work (they help upset stomachs). Sorry I dont remember the rest and never even got morning sickness in the end lol...try that and search on yahoo and google for things that might help.
good luck :)

Try getting out of bed in the morning very slowly. I mean slow....
Stick a leg out...eat a cracker. Stick the other leg out...eat another cracker..etc. It worked for me. But I had to set my alarm earlier, because it took me fifteen minutes to get out of bed...Hopefully it goes away for you soon.

They have meds if it gets really bad.
Also try...
B6 Vitamins
Preggy Pops (a candy that helps, found at Pea in the Pod)
Gigner Ale (made from real ginger)
the smell of fresh cut lemons
You just have to keep stuff in your stomach... if my wife isn't constatnly eating, she feels horrible.

Sucking on peppermints worked for me. Some maternity stores sell suckers that are supposed to ease your nausea. I haven't tried them personally, but hey, it's worth a try.

My wife used to suck on mint hard candy (the round red and white ones). It worked for her.
