I have gained some weight; but the weird thing is my belly looks like a pregnant belly. My belly starts right under my breasts and gets larger as it descends. Whenever, I have gained just weight (not baby) my stomach is bigger at the bottom(near the belly button). And when I am sitting, right under my breasts feel uncomfortable/tight just like in my past 4 pregnancies. But I just took a home pregnancy test and it says negative.

Im at 39 weeks and had my membranes stripped today. Im at 80% effaced and 2cm dilated. With my first pregnancy, the next day my water started leaking... did this work for anyone else and how long did it take?

if i am pregnant i would be 7-8 weeks pregnant.the period after concieving was only just a little spotting(i never have that)i have had morning sickness,headaches,nausea,cramps,cravings,weight gain and much more.im stupid for not taking the home prenancy test but i guess im just afraid of the truth.could i be pregnant??just asking..

I have to climb a flight of stairs 42 times a day. (I've counted)
The temperature on the cell blocks has been measued at 100 degrees.
We get one fifteen minute break a day, if we are lucky.
The amount of stress is getting unbearable.
Is this hurting my baby?
Is it even safe to be working?
Is it too early to stop working?

I have been feeling nauseous and not quite myself for the past month. So far I have taken two pregnancy tests (the first one far to early to be considered), and the other this morning, which is the day of my expected period. They both showed negative results.

I believe that I started my period this morning, but it's an odd one. The blood is brown and old looking.

Would the pregnancy test read positive if this wasn't a real period?

Should I take another pregnancy test in a few days?

Should I see the doctor to a) see if I am pregnant, and b) see why I've been sick for so long if I'm not pregnant?

Argh! This is driving me crazy! I just need to know whether I'm pregnant or not. Or at least what is wrong with me.

Plus, if anyone knows of any doctor type sites with "chat with a doctor" type option, please let me know.

im 39 weeks and my baby girl moves but not as much my boyfriend said shes just resting and the doc would of said something if something was wrong yesterday. her heart rate was 134 at the doc you think everything is ok? another thing is doc said she will give me till next week to go onto labor should i ask to beinduce tue thats my appt and im due next thurs should i remind her what she said? thanks for your help.

Ok im 17 years old and im pregnat,I want to get a abortion because i dont want to bring a child in this world that im not ready for,or to give up for adoption.So any way my insurance will cover for my abortiohn but only if I have a medical excuse from a doctor with a statement about why I cant have a baby.And my doctor is really nice and he will make one for me but my question is what medical excuse can I use?

My question is about cervical mucus. On thursday i noticed the stretchy cm, then sunday i noticed it was slippery. Does this mean I ovulated Thrusday, Sunday or one of the days in between? I know every women is different but I'm just wondering what is most likley.

My wife’s baby shower is coming up for our first child. She hasn’t really bought anything for our baby other than a few bibs and the crib set.

We have no clothing, accessories or even bedding for the crib. We didn’t want to buy anything until after her shower.

How much do you usually get from people at your shower? Should I expect to buy most of everything on the registry list?

This is the only baby in both of our families, so I know the grandparents will want to pitch and buy a few things.

I am not looking for others to provide for my child, I just want to know what to expect!

I am also having loose stool (sorry tmi). With every braxton hicks I experience the pressure on my rectum as if I need to go to the washroom, but nothing happens (except for the occasional loose stool). Any suggestions? Could I have stomache flu or something? Can I take anything? I am waiting on a call back from my midwife and decided to get some advice and opinions from you guys. Thanks a lot.

I just a had a baby in september and that would be my 3rd one. every year I had a kid out of guilt except my first one . I 'm afraid he'll breakup with me and don't understand my reasons for not having this one(too many at once,health risks, him not being able to hold or have a job). I told him that i would have another baby with him but not right away . I'm only 21 and I haven't got live a young life and he's 25 so he has expreinced much more than I have. But when i try to tell him that he acts like I want to run around and be all slutty, when i really just want to be free have fun with my friends before I get too old.
