i was a full 5 1/2 months before some stranger even noticed i was pregnant. lets see thats, 20 some months... i grew fast after that. i first felt her when i was about 4 months or so, 15 weeks. dont worry, you have a LONG way to go. once you hit like 6 months, it goes SO slow, and you feel really big. enjoy this time... feeling well, normal

You may be feeling 'bloated' like some women do just before their period. At 12 weeks, the uterus starts to rise and is able to be felt just above the pubic bone. From that stage on, a doctor will be able to estimate how far pregnant you are, just from feeling the size your uterus.

Between 18-22 weeks is when most women start to feel their baby move.

You'll start feeling the baby at about 20 weeks. Anything before that is probably gas. As the baby grows more and more, so will your tummy. As soon as you feel your tummy itches it's because your skin is streching, then you'll start noticing the big change in your tummy.

well, I've been told that with your first pregnancy you really wont notice anything for a while. I'd say that you could expect to feel and notice more around the end of your third month or the beginning of your fourth month. hard for me to remember since my first was 18 years ago. check out stork.net for a week to week of what to expect. i loved it.
